Hirten & Pastoren… Ihr müsst jetzt wählen, wem ihr dienen wollt

12. Juli 2015 – Worte von Jesus durch Schwester Clare

(Jesus) “Meine Geliebte, wir haben mit der gestrigen Botschaft eine ziemliche Kontroverse ausgelöst, und Ich möchte klarstellen, dass Ich nicht gesagt habe… “Gebt die Gemeinschaft auf.” Aber wenn die Gemeinschaft leer wird und die Geschäftigkeit oder Gewohnheit jene Leere zudeckt, ist es Zeit, etwas zu ändern.

“Viele Pastoren wollen keine Veränderungen riskieren, weil sie Angst haben, Menschen zu verlieren, denen es so gefällt, wie es ist. Das ist Götzendienst und bedeutet, sich dem Willen der Menschen zu beugen. Aber genau das, was sie vermeiden wollen, geschieht trotzdem. Die guten Menschen, die sich danach sehnen, mit Mir voranzuschreiten, werden desillusioniert und gehen.

“Diejenigen, die in ihrer Komfortzone glücklich sind, bleiben und die Kirche stirbt langsam. Das ist es, was Ich ansprechen möchte. Wenn Menschen für die Leitung der Anbetung und fürs Lehren ausgewählt werden, weil sie beliebt oder wohlhabend und angesehen sind, gibt es Kompromisse. Wenn Ich sie nicht ausgewählt habe, wird ihr Dienst flach, leblos und leer sein. Die Menschen werden Meine wahrnehmbare Gegenwart nicht erfahren, Herzen werden nicht geöffnet oder geheilt, die kostbare Gemeinschaft mit Mir wird nicht stattfinden im Gottesdienst.

“Die Menschen werden durch eure Lehrgänge nicht wachsen, denn was gelehrt wird, ist sicher und stellt keine Herausforderung dar. Versteht ihr nicht? Ihr könnt nicht Gott und den Menschen dienen! Habt ihr nicht genug Verfall und Tod gesehen, um bereit zu sein, das Risiko einzugehen, Meiner Führung zu folgen?

“In den meisten Kirchen gibt es eine strenge Hierarchie, die den Pfarrer und die Mitarbeiter schützen und alle bei Laune halten soll. Aber den Pfarrer oder irgend etwas zu schützen entspringt der Angst – nicht der Liebe zu Gott oder der Liebe zu den Schafen. Wenn Entscheidungen auf dem Ist-Zustand basieren, wird die Salbung herausgepresst, und was übrig bleibt, ist schales Brot. Der Pfarrer hat sich gegen Kritik und Korrektur abgeschottet, und die Schafe haben keine andere Wahl, als sich zu fügen oder zu gehen.

“Sehr oft sind Familien eng mit der Kirche verbunden und ein Austritt ist eine schmerzhafte Alternative. Ausserdem, wohin sollten sie gehen, wo es besser wäre? Das ist im Moment eine Plage im Leib, und Menschen sterben an dieser Plage.

“Meine Antwort lautet… Wenn ihr Hirten seid und nicht Meinem Rat entsprechend führt, werdet ihr für den Verlust von Seelen verantwortlich gemacht werden. Sie mögen in den Kirchenbänken sitzen, aber wenn sie die Kirche verlassen, kehren sie direkt zu ihrer Sünde zurück, weil es keine Überzeugung und kein inneres Feuer gibt.

“Wenn Ich eine Herde führe, kümmere Ich Mich um die Krankheiten. Ich pflege die Wunden. Bevorzugung und Politik sind verboten, sie existieren nicht in Meiner Kirche. Ein Hirte nach Meinem Herzen wird in seinem Amt niemals dem Druck der Herde nachgeben. Niemals. Er wird eher weggehen und sie verlassen, als dass er sich ihrem Rat beugt, wenn dieser sich Mir entgegenstellt.

“Hirten, wem hört ihr zu, wenn ihr Anbetungsleiter, Lehrer und Fürbitter auswählt? Wen autorisiert ihr, zu wachsen, um Mir zu dienen? Wo sind die Dienste, die die Probleme in den Ehen ansprechen, die Probleme der Teenager und der Älteren? Sorgt ihr für alle Schafe oder nur für das Eine mit der dicksten Geldbörse? Beobachtet ihr, wovon sie sich ernähren oder werden sie von attraktiven aber giftigen Pflanzen vergiftet? Korrigiert und ermahnt ihr unmoralisches Benehmen oder geht ihr den Konflikten aus dem Weg?

“Die Schafe sehen alles. Sie wissen, wo sie an euch vorbei huschen können… sie kennen eure Knöpfe, sie wissen, wann ihr ausweicht und sie kennen eure Vorlieben, sie lesen euch wie ein Buch.

“Viele haben ihre Kirchen in soziale Clubs umgewandelt, in denen die Elite der Welt die Führer in der Kirche sind, weil alle ihre weltlichen Errungenschaften respektieren, das heisst alle, ausser Ich. Das bedeutet, sich von schimmligem Heu zu ernähren – das ist kein frisches, lebendiges, grünes Gras. Alle bekennen sich zu Mir, aber tief im Innern sind sie leer und müde. Äusserlich sehen sie gesund aus, aber ihre inneren Organe verfaulen.

“Müssen sie auf das Urteil warten, um herauszufinden, warum sie innerlich tot sind? Wisst ihr nicht, dass es dann zu spät ist?

“Eure Aufgabe ist es, die Herde gesund zu halten. Wenn eines verseucht ist, muss es isoliert und behandelt werden und sich nicht unter die Gesunden mischen, damit nicht die ganze Herde krank wird.

“Ein Beispiel… Einer eurer Diakone begeht Ehebruch mit der Frau eines anderen Diakons, und ihr wollt es einfach nicht ansprechen, aber es verschwindet nicht – vielmehr breitet sich die Seuche auf die anderen Schafe aus. Sie wissen, dass ihr wegschaut, und ihr Gewissen wurde so taub, da ihr es nicht angesprochen habt, was Ich angesprochen haben wollte, und die Dinge sind so weit aus dem Ruder gelaufen, dass sie den Wölfen völlig ausgeliefert sind. Der Pfarrer schläft tief und fest oder ist mit dem neuen Bauprogramm beschäftigt, und die Wölfe gehen direkt vor seiner Nase ans Werk.”

(Clare) Als Randbemerkung, Familie, Ich habe wirklich Probleme mit dieser Botschaft. Ich mag es nicht wirklich, solche Botschaften wie diese zu übermitteln, also prüfe ich es doppelt, um sicher zu sein, dass es wirklich Jesus ist und Er sagt mir einfach…

(Jesus) “Schreib einfach weiter.”

(Clare) Jetzt, nach dem vierten Mal, um sicher zu sein, dass Er es ist, fliessen Tränen über Seine heiligen Wangen.

(Jesus) “Schreib einfach weiter, Clare, schreib einfach weiter…

“Seht, ihr habt die Weltlichen als Führer gewählt. Sie werden unweigerlich jeden direkt in die Welt hinausführen. Ihr habt den Beliebtheits-Wettbewerb gewonnen, aber ihr habt die Seelen verloren. Ihr habt euer grosses Heiligtum, aber ihr habt auch die Verabredungen in den Toiletten. Hört sich das für euch absurd an? Nehmt euch Zeit, schaut nicht auf die neue Einrichtung des Heiligtums, sondern schaut nach, wo einige eurer Leute sind und was sie tun. Wie oft haben ihre Ehepartner schon angerufen, um zu erfahren, wo sie sind? Geht umher, macht etwas, das nicht in eurem Terminplan steht, und seht, was ihr vorfindet.

“Ich sage euch… Meine Kirchen sind in soziale Clubs umgestaltet worden. Diejenigen, die sich nach Mir sehnen und gesalbt sind, um die Herzen der Menschen von der Welt weg zurück in Mein Herz zu führen, werden übersehen, weil ihr finanzielles Profil nicht stimmt.

“Das liegt daran, weil sie sich entschieden haben, ihre Zeit mit Mir zu verbringen, statt mit der Wall Street oder dem Abschluss von Geschäften. Ich habe einige von ihnen gerufen, die finanziell oder auch von der Ausbildung her nicht qualifiziert sind, weil sie Meine Salbung haben und in Meinen Augen qualifiziert sind, zu führen. Sie werden die Komfortzone herausfordern und erfolgreich sein. Sie mögen Anpassungen und Training nötig haben, aber ihr Herz ist richtig vor Mir und sie sind fügsam.

“Aber solange die Weltlichen die Dienste leiten, werden sie weltliche Resultate erzielen, und was ein wirklich dynamischer Leib für Mich hätte sein können, wird ein Ort sein, wo man sich integriert und gut aussieht, während sie in ihrem Privatleben weiter sündigen.

“Wenn Ich euch Seelen mit aufkeimenden Gaben sende, fördert ihr sie? Oder drängt ihr sie zurück an einen sicheren Ort, wo sie andere im Dienst nicht gefährden können? Nehmt ihr euch Zeit, mit ihnen zu arbeiten? Oder überlässt ihr sie sich selbst und ermutigt sie, einen Wirkungsbereich ausserhalb der Kirche zu finden? Wenn ein Anbetungsleiter, der ein offensichtliches Problem mit Eifersucht und Revierverteidigung hat, zu euch kommt und ein anderes, das Talent hat, herabstuft, weist ihr ihn zurecht oder gebt ihr nach?

“Fördert ihr aufkeimende prophetische Gaben und bringt ihr sie in die Gelegenheiten und Positionen, zu denen Ich sie berufen habe? Oder entmutigt ihr sie und sucht nach Ausreden, warum sie keinen Dienst in der Kirche übernehmen können?

“Ich könnte euch immer und immer wieder aufzeigen, warum eure Kirche tot ist. Es ist Mir egal, wie talentiert oder beliebt der Anbetungsleiter ist – wenn sein Herz nicht mit Mir im Einklang ist – wohlgemerkt, Ich sagte mit Mir und nicht mit der wohlhabenden, kontrollierenden Gruppe oder mit den Verwandten – dann wird deren Musik die Menschen nicht in MEINE Gegenwart führen. Es wird Unterhaltung sein, nicht Anbetung. Und ihr fragt Mich… ‘Warum verlassen die Menschen meine Kirche?’

“Ich sage euch dies jetzt, bevor es zu spät ist. Ihr müsst Mir folgen, wenn ihr eine gesunde Kirche haben wollt. Ihr müsst so predigen, wie Ich euch führe. Ihr müsst im Geist und in der Wahrheit anbeten, nicht in der Unterhaltung. Ihr habt nur noch sehr wenig Zeit, um euer Haus in Ordnung zu bringen.

“Seid ihr bereit, alles zu verlieren, um Mich zu gewinnen? Seid ihr bereit, euer sechsstelliges Einkommen zu verlassen oder zu verlieren und am Rande der Armut zu leben, um Meine Schafe auf saftige grüne Weiden zu führen? Wirklich, wählt heute, wem ihr dienen wollt, denn der Tag wird kommen, an dem das Holz, das Heu und die Stoppeln vom Feuer verzehrt werden, und diejenigen, die ihren eigenen Plänen gedient haben, werden nackt vor Mir und all den Seelen stehen, die sie verloren haben.

“Wirklich, Ich rufe euch auf, den Apfelkarren über den Haufen zu werfen. Lasst alle auf den Boden fallen und prüft jeden einzelnen sorgfältig, bevor ihr ihn wieder hineinlegt. Entfernt die faulen Äpfel, diejenigen, die ständig ihr Revier verteidigen, manipulieren und nach mehr Einfluss streben und andere auf ihre Seite ziehen, um ihren Einfluss fühlbar zu machen und Spaltungen zu verursachen. Ihr wisst, wer sie sind – es sind diejenigen, die euch zusammenzucken lassen, wenn das Telefon klingelt. Sie sind diejenigen, die ihre eigene Agenda verfolgen, und wenn ihr euch nicht fügt, wird euch das teuer zu stehen kommen.

“Stoppt die Vertuschung in den Reihen, zieht den Stöpsel bei toten und leblosen Programmen, bei denen es nur darum geht, von den Menschen gesehen zu werden, die aber keine Substanz oder Heiligkeit vor Mir haben. Kümmert euch um die Lahmen, die Verletzten und jene, die beiseite geschoben werden, weil ihre Salbung bedrohlich ist.

“Darf Ich euch etwas sagen? Wenn ihr einen Leiter habt, der sich ständig von der Salbung anderer bedroht fühlt, werdet ihr in der ganzen Gemeinde einen Geist der Eifersucht säen. Dies wird sich wie eine Seuche ausbreiten und das neu gesalbte Leben, das Ich über andere ausgiesse, auslöschen. Der eigentliche Ursprung des Lebens und der Salbung wird in jedem einzelnen Dienst ausgelöscht werden. Es ist eine Plage, und wenn man sich ihr einmal beugt, ergreift sie die ganze Kirche. Menschen, die so unsicher sind, sollten nicht in einer Führungsposition sein. Ein Führer sucht nach seinem Nachfolger. Sein Herzenswunsch ist es, heranzuziehen und zu befähigen – nicht zu entmutigen und in eine dunkle Ecke zu schieben.

“Hättet ihr die Führer mit dem richtigen Herzen gewählt, hättet ihr dieses Chaos nicht. Fangt hier an. Lasst die Äpfel fallen, wohin sie fallen werden. Hebt die gesunden auf und lasst die faulen für sich selbst sorgen.

“Ich will Hirten nach Meinem eigenen Herzen – wohlgemerkt, nach Meinem Herzen, nicht nach dem Herzen von jemand anderem. Ich komme bald. Es ist nur noch sehr wenig Zeit übrig. Bringt euer Haus in Ordnung, und Ich werde Segen über Segen auf euch häufen, weil ihr Hirten nach Meinem eigenen Herzen seid.

Shepherds & Pastors… You must now choose, who you want to serve

July 12, 2015 – Words from Jesus thru Sister Clare

(Jesus) “My Beloved, we have stirred up quite a bit of controversy over yesterday’s message and I want to make it clear that I didn’t say… “Forsake the fellowship.” But when the fellowship becomes empty and busyness or business as usual covers over that emptiness, it is time to make a change.

“Many pastors don’t want to risk change because they are afraid of losing people that like it the way it is. This is idolatry and bowing down to men. But, the very thing they are trying to avoid happens anyway. The good people that long to go forward with Me become disillusioned and leave.

“Those who are happy in their comfort zone stay, and the church slowly dies. This is what I am addressing. When people are chosen for leadership in worship and teaching, because they are popular or wealthy and respected, there is compromise. If I did not choose them, their ministry will be flat, lifeless, and tasteless. People will not experience My perceivable presence, hearts will not be opened or healed, and the precious communion with Me will not happen in the service.

“The people will not grow by your teachings, because what is taught is safe and without challenges. Don’t you see?? You cannot serve God and man! Haven’t you seen enough decay and death to be willing to take the chance of following My leading?

“There is a strict pecking order in most churches, meant to protect the pastor and staff and keep everyone happy. But protecting the pastor or anything else stems from fear – not from the Love for God, nor from Love for the sheep. When decisions are made based on the status quo, the anointing is squeezed out and what is left is stale bread. The pastor has insulated himself from criticism and correction and the sheep have no recourse but to comply or leave.

“Very often families have many ties in the church and leaving is a painful alternative. Besides where would they go that would be any better? This is a plague in the Body right now, and people die from the plague.

“My answer is that if you are a shepherd and you’re not leading according to My counsel, you will be held accountable for the loss of souls. They may sit in the pews, but when they leave the church, they go right back to their sin, because there is no conviction and no interior fire.

“When I lead a flock, I address the illnesses. I tend the wounds. Favoritism and politics are forbidden, they do not exist in My church. A Shepherd after My own heart will never yield his office to the pressures of the flock. Never. He will walk away and leave them before he will bow to their counsel if it opposes Me.

“Shepherds, who are you listening to when you choose worship leaders? Teachers? Intercessors? Who are you empowering in growth to serve Me? Where are the ministries that address troubled marriages, teens, and the elderly? Are you caring for all the sheep or just the ones with the thickest fleece? Are you watching what they feed on or are they going toxic from attractive but poisonous plants? Are you correcting and admonishing behaviors that are demoralizing, or are you avoiding conflict?

“You see, the sheep see it all. They know where they can slip by you… they know your buttons, your avoidances, your preferences, they read you like a book.

“Many have transformed their churches into social clubs, where the elite from the world are the leaders in the church because everyone respects their worldly achievements, that means everyone but Me. That’s feeding them moldy hay – that’s not fresh, vital green grass. Everyone confesses Me, but deep down inside they are empty and languishing. They look healthy from the outside but their internal organs are rotting.

“Must they wait for the judgment to find out why they are dead inside? Don’t you know it’s too late then?

“Your job is to keep the flock healthy. If one has an infestation, it needs to be isolated and treated, not mixed in with the healthy ones, lest the whole flock becomes sick.

“An example… One of your deacons is committing adultery with another deacon’s wife, and you just don’t want to address it, but it’s not going away – rather the plague is spreading to the other sheep. They know you look the other way, and their conscience has become so numb, because you haven’t addressed what I wanted addressed, and things are so far gone and out of whack they’ve been left vulnerable to the wolves. The pastor is sound asleep or pre-occupied with the new building program and the wolves go to work right under his nose.”

(Clare) As an aside, Family, I am really struggling with this message. I really don’t like giving messages like this, so I keep double checking to see if it truly is Jesus, and He just keeps saying…

(Jesus) “Just keep writing.”

(Clare) Now, after the fourth time of making sure it is Him, tears are rolling down His holy cheeks.

(Jesus) “Just keep writing Clare, just keep writing…

“You see, you have chosen the worldly to lead. They will inevitably lead everyone right into the world. You’ve won the popularity contest, but you’ve lost the souls. You have your big sanctuary, but you also have trysts going on in the closets. Does this sound preposterous to you? Take your time, take your eyes off the new furnishings for the sanctuary and check up on some of your people to see where they are, what they are doing. How many times have their spouses called to find out where they are? Do a walk about, do something out of the ordinary for your schedule and see what you find.

“I tell you, My churches have become social clubs. The ones that long for Me and are anointed to lead men’s hearts away from the world back into My Heart, are overlooked because their financial profile just doesn’t measure up.

“That’s because they have chosen to spend time with Me, rather than Wall Street and clinching deals. I have called some of these who are unqualified financially or even educationally, because they have My anointing and in My eyes are qualified to lead. They will challenge the comfort zone and succeed. They may need adjusting and training up, but their hearts are right before Me and they are docile.

“But, as long as the worldly are in charge of ministries, they will produce worldly results and what could have been a truly dynamic Body for Me will be a place to blend in and look good, while continuing to sin in their private lives.

“When I send you souls that have emerging gifts, do you cultivate them? Or push them back into a safe place where they can’t threaten others in ministry? Do you take time to work with them? Or leave them on their own and encourage them to find ministry outside the church. When a worship leader who clearly has a problem with jealousy and territorialism, comes to you and down-grades someone else who has talent… do you correct them or pander to them?

“Do you cultivate emerging prophetic gifts and bring them into the opportunities and positions I’ve called them to? Or do you discourage them and make excuses for why they can’t have ministries in the church.

“I could go on and on and on exposing to you why your church is dead. I don’t care how talented or popular the worship leader is – if their heart is not right with Me – notice I said with Me, and not with the wealthy controlling group or relatives – then their music will not lead the people into MY presence. It will be entertainment, not worship. And you ask Me… ‘Why are people leaving my church?’

“I am telling you this now, before it’s too late. You must follow Me if you want a healthy church. You must preach as I lead you. You must worship in spirit and in truth, not in entertainment. There is very little time for you to get your house in order.

“Are you willing to lose everything to gain Me? Are you willing to leave or lose the six figure income and live on the edge of poverty in order to lead My sheep into lush green pastures? Really, choose this day who you will serve, because the day is coming when the wood, hay and stubble will be devoured by the fire and those who have served their own agendas will be standing naked before Me and all the souls they lost.

“Really, I am calling you to upset the apple cart. Let them all fall to the ground and examine each one carefully before putting it back in. Remove the rotten apples, the ones who are constantly protecting their territory, manipulating and pushing for more influence, gathering others to their side, making their clout felt and causing division. You know who they are; they are the ones who cause you to cringe when you answer the phone. They are the ones with their own agenda and if you don’t comply it will cost you.

“Stop the cover-ups in the ranks, pull the plug on dead and lifeless programs that are all about being seen by men but have no substance or holiness before Me. Tend to the lame, the hurting, and those pushed aside because their anointing is threatening.

“May I tell you something? If you have a leader who is continually threatened by the anointing of others, you will sow a spirit of jealousy throughout the entire congregation. It will spread like a plague and snuff out the newly anointed life I am showering upon others. The very source of life and anointing will be snuffed out in every single ministry. It is a plague and if you bow once to it, it takes over the whole church. People who are that insecure should not be in leadership. A leader is looking for his replacement. His heart is to train up and enable – not disable and shove into a dark corner.

“Had you chosen the leaders with the right heart, you wouldn’t have this mess. Begin here. Let the apples fall where they will. Pick up the healthy ones, let the rotten ones take care of themselves.

“I want shepherds after My own heart – mind you, My heart, no one else’s. I am coming soon. There’s very little time left. Get your house in order and I will heap blessing after blessing after blessing upon you, because you are shepherds after My own heart.”

Pastores e Padres… Vocês têm agora de escolher a quem querem servir

(Jesus) «Minha amada, com a mensagem de ontem, provocámos uma grande controvérsia, e quero deixar claro que não disse… «Abandonem a comunidade». Mas quando a comunidade fica vazia e a agitação ou o hábito encobrem esse vazio, é hora de mudar alguma coisa.

Muitos pastores não querem arriscar mudanças porque têm medo de perder pessoas que gostam das coisas como estão. Isso é idolatria e significa ceder à vontade das pessoas. Mas exatamente o que eles querem evitar acaba acontecendo. As pessoas boas, que anseiam por seguir em frente comigo, ficam desiludidas e vão embora.

“Aqueles que estão felizes na sua zona de conforto permanecem e a igreja morre lentamente. É isso que eu quero abordar. Quando as pessoas são escolhidas para liderar a adoração e ensinar porque são populares ou ricas e respeitadas, há compromissos. Se eu não as escolhi, o seu ministério será superficial, sem vida e vazio. As pessoas não experimentarão a Minha presença perceptível, os corações não serão abertos ou curados, a preciosa comunhão comigo não acontecerá no culto.

“As pessoas não crescerão com os vossos cursos, pois o que é ensinado é seguro e não representa nenhum desafio. Não compreendem? Não podem servir a Deus e aos homens! Não viram decadência e morte suficientes para estarem dispostos a correr o risco de seguir a Minha orientação?

Na maioria das igrejas, existe uma hierarquia rígida que visa proteger o pastor e os colaboradores e manter todos satisfeitos. Mas proteger o pastor ou qualquer outra coisa é fruto do medo — não do amor a Deus ou das ovelhas. Quando as decisões são baseadas na situação atual, a unção é suprimida e o que resta é pão velho. O pastor isolou-se da crítica e da correção, e as ovelhas não têm outra escolha a não ser submeter-se ou partir.

Muitas vezes, as famílias têm uma ligação forte com a igreja e sair dela é uma alternativa dolorosa. Além disso, para onde iriam, onde seria melhor? No momento, isso é uma praga no corpo, e as pessoas morrem por causa dessa praga.

«A minha resposta é… Se vocês são pastores e não seguem o meu conselho, serão responsabilizados pela perda de almas. Elas podem sentar-se nos bancos da igreja, mas quando saem da igreja, voltam diretamente para o pecado, porque não há convicção nem fogo interior.

“Quando conduzo um rebanho, cuido das doenças. Cuido das feridas. O favoritismo e a política são proibidos, não existem na minha igreja. Um pastor segundo o meu coração nunca cederá à pressão do rebanho no seu ministério. Nunca. Ele preferirá ir embora e abandoná-los a ceder aos seus conselhos, se estes forem contrários aos meus.

Pastores, a quem vocês ouvem quando escolhem líderes de louvor, professores e intercessores? A quem vocês autorizam a crescer para Me servir? Onde estão os cultos que abordam os problemas nos casamentos, os problemas dos adolescentes e dos idosos? Vocês cuidam de todas as ovelhas ou apenas daquelas com a carteira mais cheia? Vocês observam o que elas comem ou elas são envenenadas por plantas atraentes, mas tóxicas? Vocês corrigem e admoestam o comportamento imoral ou evitam os conflitos?

«As ovelhas vêem tudo. Sabem onde podem passar por vocês… conhecem os seus pontos fracos, sabem quando vocês se esquivam e conhecem as suas preferências, leem-vos como um livro aberto.

“Um exemplo… Um dos vossos diáconos comete adultério com a mulher de outro diácono, e vocês simplesmente não querem abordar o assunto, mas ele não desaparece — pelo contrário, a praga espalha-se para as outras ovelhas. «Vejam, vocês escolheram os mundanos como líderes. Eles inevitavelmente conduzirão todos diretamente para o mundo. Vocês ganharam o concurso de popularidade, mas perderam as almas. Vocês têm o vosso grande santuário, mas também têm os encontros nas casas de banho. Isso parece absurdo para vocês? Parem um pouco, não olhem para a nova decoração do santuário, mas vejam onde estão algumas das vossas pessoas e o que estão a fazer. Quantas vezes os seus cônjuges já ligaram para saber onde elas estão? Andem por aí, façam algo que não esteja na vossa agenda e vejam o que encontram.

«Eu digo-vos… As minhas igrejas foram transformadas em clubes sociais. Aqueles que anseiam por Mim e são ungidos para conduzir os corações das pessoas do mundo de volta ao Meu coração são ignorados porque o seu perfil financeiro não é adequado.

Isso é porque eles decidiram passar o seu tempo comigo, em vez de com Wall Street ou a fechar negócios. Chamei alguns deles que não são qualificados financeiramente ou em termos de formação, porque têm a Minha unção e, aos Meus olhos, são qualificados para liderar. Eles vão desafiar a zona de conforto e serão bem-sucedidos. Podem precisar de ajustes e formação, mas o seu coração está correto diante de Mim e eles são obedientes.

Mas enquanto os seculares dirigirem os serviços, eles alcançarão resultados seculares, e o que poderia ter sido um corpo verdadeiramente dinâmico para Mim será um lugar onde as pessoas se integram e ficam bem, enquanto continuam a pecar nas suas vidas privadas.

“Quando vos envio almas com dons emergentes, vocês os incentivam? Ou os empurram de volta para um lugar seguro, onde não possam colocar outros em risco no serviço? Vocês dedicam tempo para trabalhar com elas? Ou as deixam por conta própria e as encorajam a encontrar um campo de atuação fora da igreja? Quando um líder de louvor que tem um problema evidente de ciúme e territorialidade vem até vocês e rebaixa outro que tem talento, vocês o repreendem ou cedem?

“Vocês estão a incentivar os dons proféticos emergentes e a colocá-los nas oportunidades e posições para as quais Eu os chamei? Ou vocês os estão a desencorajar e a procurar desculpas para que eles não possam assumir o ministério na igreja?

“Eu poderia mostrar-vos repetidamente porque é que a vossa igreja está morta. Não me importa o quão talentoso ou popular seja o líder de louvor – se o seu coração não estiver em sintonia comigo – repito, comigo e não com o grupo rico e controlador ou com os parentes – então a sua música não levará as pessoas à minha presença. Será entretenimento, não adoração. E vocês perguntam-me… ‘Por que é que as pessoas estão a abandonar a minha igreja?’

«Digo-vos isto agora, antes que seja tarde demais. Têm de Me seguir, se querem ter uma Igreja saudável. Têm de pregar como Eu vos guio. Têm de adorar em espírito e em verdade, não em entretenimento. Têm muito pouco tempo para pôr a vossa casa em ordem.

Estão dispostos a perder tudo para Me ganhar? Estão dispostos a abandonar ou perder o vosso rendimento de seis dígitos e viver à beira da pobreza para conduzir as Minhas ovelhas a pastagens verdes e suculentas? Na verdade, escolham hoje a quem querem servir, pois chegará o dia em que a lenha, o feno e os restolhos serão consumidos pelo fogo, e aqueles que serviram aos seus próprios planos ficarão nus diante de Mim e de todas as almas que perderam.

“Na verdade, eu convido-vos a virar o carrinho de maçãs. Deixem tudo cair no chão e examinem cada uma cuidadosamente antes de colocá-las de volta. Removam as maçãs podres, aquelas que estão sempre a defender o seu território, a manipular e a procurar mais influência, e a atrair outros para o seu lado para fazer sentir a sua influência e causar divisões. “Posso dizer-vos uma coisa? Se tiverem um líder que se sente constantemente ameaçado pela unção dos outros, semearão um espírito de inveja em toda a igreja. Isso espalhar-se-á como uma praga e destruirá a vida recém-ungida que derramo sobre os outros. A verdadeira origem da vida e da unção será destruída em cada ministério. É uma praga e, uma vez que se cede a ela, ela toma conta de toda a igreja. Pessoas tão inseguras não deveriam estar em posições de liderança. Um líder procura o seu sucessor. O desejo do seu coração é treinar e capacitar — não desanimar e empurrar para um canto escuro.

Se tivessem escolhido os líderes com o coração certo, não teriam este caos. Comecem aqui. Deixem as maçãs caírem onde tiverem de cair. Recolham as saudáveis e deixem as podres cuidarem de si mesmas.

“เราขอพูดอะไรบางอย่างได้ไหม?
ถ้าเจ้ามีผู้นำที่ถูกคุกคามอย่าง
ต่อเนื่องจากการเจิมของผู้อื่น
เจ้าจะเพาะพันธุ์วิญญาณแห่ง
ความอิจฉาไปทั่วทั้งคริสตจักร
มันจะแพร่กระจายเหมือนโรคระบาด
และดับชีวิตใหม่ที่เราเจิมให้
คนอื่น ชีวิตและการเจิมที่เป็น
แหล่งที่มาจะถูกดับลงในทุกๆ
พันธกิจ มันคือโรคระบาด และ
ถ้าเจ้ายอมรับมันสักครั้ง มันจะ
ครอบครองทั้งคริสตจักร คนที่
ไม่มีความมั่นใจแบบนั้นไม่ควร
อยู่ในตำแหน่งผู้นำ ผู้นำมองหา
ผู้สืบทอด หัวใจของเขาคือการ
ฝึกฝนและเสริมสร้าง ไม่ใช่ทำ
ให้พิการและผลักไสเข้ามุมมืด”

“หากเจ้าเลือกผู้นำที่มีหัวใจที่
ถูกต้อง เจ้าคงไม่มีปัญหา
แบบนี้ เริ่มต้นที่นี่ ปล่อยให้
ผลแอปเปิ้ลร่วงไปตาม
ธรรมชาติ เก็บผลที่ดีไว้
ปล่อยให้ผลเน่าจัดการตัวเอง”

Pastori delle greggi, vuoi sapere perché la gente lascia la tua chiesa?

12 luglio 2015 – Parole di Gesù a suor Clare

Gesù ha cominciato… “Mia amata, abbiamo suscitato un bel po’ di polemiche su quell’ultimo video e voglio mettere in chiaro che non ho mai detto ‘rinuncia alla comunione dei fratelli’.

“Ma quando la comunione diventa vuota e l’impegno o l’attività giornaliera copre quel vuoto, è il momento di fare un cambiamento.”Molti pastori non vogliono rischiare di cambiare perché hanno paura di perdere persone a cui piace così com’è. Questa è idolatria e inchinarsi agli uomini. Ma la cosa che cercano di evitare avviene comunque. Le brave persone che desiderano andare avanti con Me si disilludono e se ne vanno. Quelli che sono felici nella loro zona di benessere rimangono. La chiesa muore lentamente. È di questo che parlo.

“Quando le persone vengono scelte per la leadership nel culto e nell’insegnamento, poiché sono popolari o ricche e rispettate, c’è un compromesso. Se non li ho scelti Io, il loro ministero sarà piatto, senza vita, senza sapore. Le persone non sperimenteranno la Mia presenza come percepibile, i loro cuori non saranno aperti o guariti, la preziosa comunione con Me non avverrà nel servizio.”Negli insegnamenti, le persone non cresceranno perché ciò che viene insegnato è sicuro e senza sfide. Non vedete? Non potete servire Dio e l’uomo? Non hai visto abbastanza decadimento e morte per essere disposto a correre il rischio di seguire la Mia guida?

“Nella maggior parte delle chiese c’è un rigoroso impeccabile ordine, inteso a proteggere il pastore e il personale e a rendere tutti felici. Proteggere il pastore, proteggere qualsiasi cosa, nasce dalla paura – non dall’Amore di Dio, né dall’Amore per le pecore. Quando le decisioni vengono prese in base allo status quo, l’unzione viene persa e ciò che rimane è pane raffermo. Il pastore si è isolato dalle critiche e dalle correzioni e le pecore non possono fare altro che adeguarsi o andarsene.

“Molto spesso le famiglie hanno molti legami nella chiesa e andarsene è un’alternativa dolorosa. E poi dove andrebbero meglio? Questa è una piaga nel Corpo in questo momento, e la gente muore di peste.

“La mia risposta è che se sei un pastore e non guidi secondo il Mio consiglio, sarai ritenuto responsabile della perdita delle anime. Possono anche sedersi sulle panche, ma quando se ne vanno tornano subito al loro peccato, perché non c’è convinzione, non c’è fuoco interiore.

“Quando guido un gregge, mi occupo delle malattie. Curo le ferite. Il favoritismo e la politica sono proibiti, non esistono nella Mia chiesa. Un pastore che segue il Mio cuore non cederà mai la sua carica alle pressioni del gregge. Mai. Si allontanerà e li lascerà prima di piegarsi al loro consiglio, se questo si oppone a Me.

“Pastori, chi ascoltate quando scegliete i capi di culto? Gli insegnanti? Gli intercessori? Chi state potenziando nella crescita per servirmi? Dove sono i ministeri che si occupano di matrimoni problematici, adolescenti e anziani? Vi occupate di tutte le pecore o solo di quelle con il vello più spesso? State osservando di cosa si nutrono o se stanno diventando tossiche a causa di piante attraenti ma velenose? Correggete e ammonite comportamenti demoralizzanti o evitate i conflitti? “Vedete, le pecore vedono tutto.
Sanno dove possono sfuggirvi… conoscono i vostri bottoni, le vostre fughe, i vostri preferiti, vi leggono come un libro. Molti hanno reso le mie chiese dei club sociali dove l’élite del mondo è leader nella chiesa perché tutti rispettano le loro conquiste mondane. Questo vale per tutti… tranne per Me.

“Questo è nutrirli di fieno ammuffito – non è erba verde fresca e vitale. Tutti mi confessano, ma nel profondo sono vuoti e languenti. Dall’esterno sembrano sani, ma i loro organi interni sono in putrefazione. Devono aspettare il giudizio per scoprire perché sono morti dentro? Non sapete che allora sarà troppo tardi?

“Il vostro compito è quello di mantenere il gregge in buona salute. Se uno è infestato, deve essere isolato e trattato, non mescolato a quelli sani, per evitare che l’intero gregge si ammali. Così, uno dei vostri diaconi commette adulterio con la moglie di un altro diacono. Tu non vuoi affrontarlo, ma non se ne va – la peste si diffonderà alle altre pecore. Loro sanno che tu guardi dall’altra parte, e la loro coscienza è diventata così insensibile, perché non hai affrontato quello che Iovolevo tu affrontassi, e le cose sono così andate fuori controllo che sono state lasciate vulnerabili ai lupi. Il pastore si è addormentato o è pre-occupato dal nuovo programma di costruzione e i lupi vanno a lavorare proprio sotto il suo naso. ”

(Chiara) A parte questo, Famiglia, sono davvero alle prese con questo messaggio. Non mi piace dare messaggi come questo, così continuo a controllare se è veramente Gesù, e Lui continua a dire…

(Gesù) “Continua a scrivere. ”

(Chiara) Ora, dopo la quarta volta di assicurarsi che sia Lui, le lacrime scendono sulle sue sante guance.

(Gesù) “Continua a scrivere Chiara, continua a scrivere. ”

“Vedete, voi avete scelto il mondano per guidare. Essi inevitabilmente condurranno tutti nel mondo. Hai vinto il concorso di popolarità, ma hai perso le anime. Hai il tuo grande santuario, ma hai anche delle storie che si nascondono negli armadi. Vi sembra assurdo? Prendetevi il vostro tempo, distogliete lo sguardo dai nuovi arredi per il santuario e controllate alcuni dei vostri collaboratori per vedere dove sono, cosa stanno facendo. Quante volte i loro coniugi hanno chiamato per sapere dove sono? Fate una passeggiata, fate qualcosa fuori dall’ordinario per il vostro programma e vedrete cosa troverete.

“Vi dico: le mie chiese sono diventate dei club sociali. Quelle che mi desiderano e che sono state consacrate per condurre il cuore degli uomini lontano dal mondo e dentro di me, vengono trascurate perché il loro profilo finanziario non è all’altezza.

“Questo perché hanno scelto di passare del tempo con Me, piuttosto che a Wall Street o di concludere affari. Ho chiamato alcuni di loro che non sono qualificati dal punto di vista finanziario o anche educativo, perché hanno la Mia unzione e ai miei occhi sono qualificati per comandare. Sfideranno la zona di comfort e avranno successo. Potrebbero aver bisogno di regolarsi e di allenarsi, ma il loro cuore è proprio davanti a me e sono docili.

“Ma, finché i mondani saranno responsabili dei ministeri, produrranno risultati mondani e quello che avrebbe potuto essere un Corpo veramente dinamico per Me sarà un luogo in cui fondersi e avere un bell’aspetto, pur continuando a peccare nella loro vita privata.

“Quando vi mando anime che hanno doni emergenti, le coltivate? O le respingete in un luogo sicuro dove non possono minacciare gli altri nel ministero? Vi prendete del tempo per lavorare con loro? Oppure li lasciate da soli e li incoraggiate a trovare un ministero al di fuori della chiesa.
Quando un leader di culto che ha chiaramente un problema di gelosia e di territorialismo, viene da te e degrada qualcun altro che ha talento… li correggi o li assecondi?

“Coltivate i doni profetici emergenti e li portate nelle opportunità e nelle posizioni a cui li ho chiamati? Oppure li scoraggiate e trovate delle scuse per il motivo per cui non possono avere ministeri nella Chiesa. Potrei continuare a spiegarvi perché la vostra chiesa è morta. Non mi interessa quanto sia talentuoso o popolare il leader del culto – se il loro cuore non è d’accordo con Me (nota che ho detto Io, e non il ricco gruppo di controllo o i parenti) la musica non porterà le persone alla Mia presenza. Sarà intrattenimento, non adorazione. E mi chiedete perché la gente lascia la vostra chiesa?

“Te lo dico ora, prima che sia troppo tardi. Dovete seguire Me se volete una chiesa sana. Dovete predicare come Io vi guido. Dovete adorare nello spirito e nella verità, non nel divertimento. C’è poco tempo per mettere in ordine la vostra casa. Siete disposti a perdere tutto per guadagnare Me? Siete disposto a lasciare o a perdere il reddito a sei cifre e a vivere sull’orlo della povertà per condurre le Mie pecore in pascoli verdi e rigogliosi? Davvero, scegli oggi chi servirai, perché sta arrivando il giorno in cui la legna, il fieno e la stoppia saranno divorati dal fuoco e coloro che hanno servito i propri ordini del giorno saranno in piedi nudi davanti a Me e a tutte le anime che hanno perso.

“Davvero, ti chiamo per sconvolgere il carretto delle mele. Lasciatele cadere tutte a terra ed esaminatele attentamente prima di rimetterli dentro. Togliete le mele marce, quelle che proteggono costantemente il loro territorio, manipolando e spingendo per avere più influenza, raccogliendo gli altri al loro fianco, facendo sentire il loro peso e provocando la divisione. Voi sapete chi sono, sono loro che vi fanno rabbrividire quando rispondete al telefono. Sono loro che hanno i loro programmi e se non li rispettate vi costerà caro.

“Fermate gli insabbiamenti nei ranghi, staccate la spina ai programmi morti e senza vita che sono tutto un essere visti dagli uomini e che non hanno sostanza o santità davanti a Me. Tendete agli zoppi, ai feriti, a coloro che sono messi da parte perché la loro unzione è minacciosa. Posso dirvi una cosa? Se avete un capo che è continuamente minacciato dall’unzione degli altri, seminerete uno spirito di gelosia in tutta la congregazione. Si diffonderà come una piaga e soffocherà la vita appena unta che sto facendo piovere sugli altri. La fonte stessa della vita e dell’unzione sarà spenta in ogni singolo ministero. È una piaga e se ci si inchina una volta, si impadronisce di tutta la chiesa. Le persone che sono così insicure non dovrebbero essere al comando. Un leader cerca il suo sostituto. Il suo cuore deve allenarsi e abilitarsi – non disabilitare e spingere in un angolo buio.

“Se tu avessi scelto i leader con il cuore giusto, non avresti questa confusione. Cominciate da qui. Lasciate che le mele cadano dove vogliono. Raccogliete quelle sane, lasciate che quelle marce si prendano cura di loro stesse. Voglio un pastore che segua il Mio cuore – il Mio cuore e quello di nessun altro.

“Arriverò presto. Rimane poco tempo. Mettete in ordine la vostra casa e io vi benedirò, benedizione dopo benedizione dopo benedizione, perché voi siete un pastore secondo il Mio cuore.”
