Erdbeben und deren Ursachen
27. September 1840

Der Herr spricht:
1. Es gibt der Erscheinungen in der Natur noch sehr viele, sowohl im Grossen als auch im Kleinen, über deren wahren Grund noch keinem sogenannten Naturgelehrten je etwas geträumt hat.

2. Zu solchen Erscheinungen gehören z.B. der Magnet des Nordpols, das Nordlicht, der Blitz, wie auch ferner die sogenannten Schnellgebilde, dergleichen da sind die Sternschnuppen, Wölkchen am reinsten blauen Himmel, die kristallinischen Bildungen, ferner die Ebbe und Flut des Meeres, die Schwingungen der Erde, ein längeres Beben derselben, wie auch gewaltige Stösse, welche, wie euch mehrere Beispiele und Erfahrungen zeigen, schon öfter ganze Gegenden in wenig Sekunden gänzlich zugrunde gerichtet haben. Zu diesen Erscheinungen gehören auch die Bergstürze, grosse Erdlawinen, oft ganze Versinkungen der Berge und Inseln und noch ferner das Sich-Spalten der Erde, das Ausbleiben der Quellen, das Versiegen der Brunnen, das starke Zurücktreten des Meeres und bei solchen Gelegenheiten das öftere Hervorbrechen von Rauch und Feuer aus den Klüften der Erde. Und dergleichen Erscheinungen gibt es noch zahllose, welche teils schon beobachtet, teils aber noch von niemanden beobachtet wurden.

3. Jedoch von allen diesen nun erwähnten aussergewöhnlichen und ausserordentlichen Erscheinungen will Ich heute nur das Erdbeben wie auch die Schwingungen der Erde und Stösse derselben wie auch manches auf dieses Bezug habende näher beleuchten.

4. Das sogenannte Erdbeben ist keine eigene, für sich entstehende Erscheinung, sondern ist nur die Folge eines auf irgendeinem losen Punkte der Erde entstandenen Erdstosses, welcher auf folgende Weise bewirkt wird:

5. Tief in den innersten Gebilden des Erdwesens befinden sich, gerade wie in dem Körper eines Tieres, gewisserart Eingeweide. Es sind aber, wie schon erwähnt, durch alle Teile der Erde bis zum Mittelpunkte derselben überall zahllose Heere der einst gefallenen Geister gebannt, denen allen nach Meiner Ordnung eine gewisse Frist zu ihrer Wiederbelebung gegeben ist. Wenn nun auf irgendeinem Punkte der Erde irgendein Menschengeschlecht zu sinnlich und materiell wird, so dass beim Sterben solcher Menschen ihre Geister nicht zum ewigen (Geistes-)Leben, sondern wieder in den Tod der Materie übergehen, so treten dann eben diese Geister wieder in die Tiefen der Erde zurück und werden gefesselt wie zuvor, ehe sie geboren wurden.

6. Seht, wenn das lange fort und fort dauert, so wird ein solcher Punkt im Innern der Erde nach und nach überladen. Diese Geister fangen dann an, in ihren bösen Begierden sich zu drängen, zu reiben und zu entzünden. Dadurch aber werden auch diejenigen Geister, die noch nicht in ein Menschenleben geboren wurden, ebenfalls aus dem Zustande ihrer Ruhe geweckt, zersprengen ihre kleinen Kerker, brechen dann in ihrem beleidigten Eifer in mächtigen Feuersäulen auf die anderen Geister los und wollen sie vernichten. Die geborengewesenen und wieder gefallenen Geister aber entzünden sich da noch mehr, da sie glauben, ein solches Feuer rühre als das sogenannte Höllenfeuer als Strafe unmittelbar von Mir, erbrennen dann in Wut gegen Mich und wollen Mich, alle Engel und den Himmel zerstören und vernichten.

7. Wenn dann solches vor sich zu gehen anfängt, alsdann wird sobald ein frieden- und ruhestiftender Engel von Mir abgesandt. Dieser öffnet die Schleusen irgendeines unterirdischen grossen Wasserbehälters. Und das Wasser stürzt dann, vom Engel geleitet, in Blitzesschnelle hin auf einen solchen wuterglühenden Punkt der Erde.

8. Wenn nun das Wasser mit seinen Friedensgeistern eine solche Stelle erreicht hat, alsdann treten diese hinaus aus ihrer leichten Umhüllung, entzünden sich gegen solche bösen Rotten und züchtigen dieselben mit dem Feuer des Friedens.

9. Das Wasser selbst aber löst sich natürlich in die euch bekannten Dämpfe auf und übt durch solche plötzliche Ausdehnung mit Hilfe seiner Geister einen so gewaltigen Stoss aus, dass an der Stelle, die sich gerade über einem solchen Punkte befindet, Berge, Städte, Märkte und Dörfer wie Spreu zusammengeschüttelt und übereinander geworfen werden.

10. Dadurch entstehen nun im Innern der Erde neue Spalten und Klüfte, die sich oft bis zur Oberfläche der Erde heraufziehen, in welche Klüfte sich dann die ungeborenen Naturgeister, vereinigt mit den friedlichen Wassergeistern, zur ferneren Ausbildung von dem Engel geleiten lassen. Die bösen, gefallenen Geister aber, die da schon geboren waren, bleiben dann gesänftet zurück in dem auf diese Art entstandenen Schlammpfuhle.

11. Nun seht, das ist der eigentliche Grund der Entstehung eines solchen Erdstosses!

12. Was aber die sogenannten Schwebungen und Schwingungen betrifft, welche mit dem allgemeinen Ausdrucke „Erdbeben“ bezeichnet werden, so sind diese nichts anderes als die vom Öffnen der Schleuse durch den Engel wie auch durch das Fallen des Wassers notwendigerweise erregten kleinen Rückungen der Erdschichten, welche teils ein solches Becken umgeben, teils aber auch dadurch aus ihrer Ruhe gebracht werden, wenn fürs erste durch solche höhere Kraft die Schichten unter dem Becken bis zum losen Punkte gewaltsam getrennt werden; und fürs zweite dann aber auch durch den gewaltigen schweren Fall der Wassermassen in einer länger währenden Erzitterung erhalten werden. – Diese Bewegung ist nun also der Grund der Schwingungen.

13. Was aber das Beben der Erde nach einem solchen gewaltigen Stosse betrifft, so ist dies alles eine Folge des Rückzuges der Wassergeister mit den ungeborenen Geistern in die verschiedenen neuen Spalten und Klüfte des Erdkörpers. Denn darum ist die Erde erschaffen worden, dass sie trage in ihren Eingeweiden ein gefallenes Geschlecht der Geister zur endlichen Wieder-Entstehung in ein freies, ewiges Leben in und aus Mir.

14. Solange es nun irgendwo auf der Erde ein widerspenstiges Geschlecht gibt, so lange auch werden solche Erscheinungen um so häufiger vorkommen, je sinnlicher und gottvergessener irgendein Menschengeschlecht auf der Oberfläche der Erde wird.

15. Denn sehet, dass dieses alles buchstäblich wahr ist, könnet ihr sehr leicht daraus ersehen, wenn ihr fürs erste eure Blicke über die ganze Oberfläche der Erde richtet und hie und da solche Erscheinungen vernehmet in der ganzen Schrecklichkeit ihrer tobenden Grösse, wie z.B. die Zerstörung Lissabons, ferner die auf der Insel Jamaika und dergleichen mehrere bis auf die jetzige Zeit in der Gegend des Berges Ararat, welche letztere ganz wortgetreu in dem Sinne Meiner heutigen Mitteilung vor sich ging und wovon nahe selbst bis zu euch her nicht unbedeutende Spuren vor einigen Wochen vernommen wurden. Selbst bis nach Amerika wurden ja wiederholte Stösse deutlich empfunden, was wie folgt bewirkt wird:

16. Wenn unterirdisch sich entweder eine kontinuierende Stein- oder Erdschicht ohne Unterbrechung bis zum losen Punkte fortzieht, so wird ein solcher Stoss auf die nämliche Weise weithin fortgepflanzt, wie wenn ihr sehr viele Stangen, aneinander befestigt, in einer geraden Linie auf eine weitgedehnte Fläche legen möchtet. Wenn ihr dann auf dem Punkte A einen gewaltigen Stoss auf diese kontinuierenden Stangen ausüben würdet, so würde sich dieser Stoss bis zum Punkte B, allwo die Stangen aufhören, im Augenblicke des Stosses noch sehr bedeutend wahrnehmen lassen. Auf diese Weise kann dann ein solcher Stoss selbst bis in die entferntesten Gegenden fast zu gleicher Zeit wahrgenommen werden.

17. Obschon aber solche Wahrnehmungen demnach natürliche Folgen sind, so sind sie aber doch nicht bloss als solche anzusehen; sondern, wenn sie zweckwidrig wären, so könnet ihr euch wohl denken, dass es Mir ein leichtes wäre, sie zu verhindern. Weil sie aber zweckdienlich sind aus Meiner Liebe und Weisheit, so werden sie vielmehr an solche Orte als warnende Mahnboten geführt, allwo sich Menschen vorfinden, die von Mir kaum mehr etwas wissen als die Bäume in einem Walde. Solche Boten sagen dann den Gott vergessenende Menschen, dass Ich noch nicht gestorben bin, sondern noch bestehe in aller Meiner Macht und Kraft. Und da es von Mir nur eines leisesten Winkes bedarf, so kann auch solchen benachrichtigten Stellen der Erde ein Ähnliches ergehen wie der Gegend Ararat.

18. Denn seht, in einer Tiefe von kaum zwanzigtausend Klaftern (36km), ja hie und da von kaum zweittausend Klaftern (3.6km), ist euer Land, Steiermark genannt, durch und durch unterminiert mit grossen und sehr tiefen Wasserbecken. Und so ruhen denn eure Berge sowohl als das wenige Flachland gewisserart schwimmend auf der Oberfläche des unterirdischen Gewässers und werden hie und da durch Steinmassen, gleich grossen Säulen, mit dem Inneren der Erde verbunden.

19. Es braucht demnach nichts weiter als noch mehr Vergessenheit Meines Wesens, als sie schon soeben in einem hohen Grade eingetreten ist – so könnt ihr versichert sein, dass Ich auch hier imstande bin, euch alsogleich ein noch grösseres Elementar-Spektakel vorzuführen. Jedoch sage Ich: Wehe den Menschen, welche Ich mit solchen Erscheinungen heimzusuchen genötigt bin! Die werden wohl eine zweite Schöpfung abwarten können, bis ihnen wieder irgendein Weg zu einem abermaligen Freiheitsprobeleben gegeben wird!

20. Nun seht, so wie diese Ereignisse vor sich gehen nach Meinem ewigen Ratschlusse, so auch fällt kein Tröpfchen aus den Wolken, welches nicht zuerst in Meiner Liebe gedacht worden wäre! Und glaubet es Mir, wenn Ich, so wie gestern, einen Regen zur Erde herab sende aus den höheren Triften des werdenden Lebens aus Mir, durch die Regionen des Lichtes, so hängt im Grunde die Erhaltung der ganzen Erde, ja des ganzen Universums von dem ersten Tröpfchen ab, welches kaum ein Sandkörnchen befeuchtete.

21. Da werdet ihr freilich sagen, das sei fast unwahrscheinlich. Allein Ich sage euch: Wenn dieses Tröpfchen nicht zur allerbestimmtesten Zeit eben dieses Sandkörnchen befeuchtet hätte, so hätte der in diesem Körnchen gebannte und ergrimmte Geist das Körnchen zersprengt, hätte dadurch die Geister, die ihn nachbarlich umlagerten, zu einer ähnlichen Handlung geweckt, und diese wieder ihre Nachbarn, und so fort bis auf das letzte Stäubchen der Erde. Und ihr könnt ganz vollkommen versichert sein, dass in der nächsten Sekunde die ganze Erde in vernichtenden Flammen und Rauch aufginge. Und wie hier ein Sandkörnchen das andere zur Zerstörung geweckt hätte, so würde eine Erde die andere wecken und eine Sonne die andere, und so fort bis ins Unendliche. Und dieses alles wäre das Werk fast eines und desselben Augenblickes, geradeso als wenn ihr euch einen grossen Haufen des verfluchten Schiesspulvers dächtet und würde da jemand nur ein Körnchen entzünden, und wäre der Haufen so gross als die Erde selbst, so würden doch in demselben Augenblicke alle Körner vom Feuer ergriffen werden.

22. Wenn aber zuvor ein solches Pulverkörnchen, welches gerade ausgesetzt war zur ersten Aufnahme des Feuers in einem Fünkchen, durch einen solchen Tropfen befeuchtet würde – was wird nun geschehen, wenn das Fünkchen auf das befeuchtete Körnchen kommt? – Das befeuchtete Körnchen wird sich nun nicht entzünden, und der ganze andere grosse Klumpen wird dadurch gesichert sein vor der Zerstörung.

23. Seht, es hängt nichts, was ihr auch immer ansehen möget, ja selbst nicht die Bewegung eines Sonnenstäubchens, von einem sogenannten blinden Zufall ab – sondern dieses alles ist von Mir schon von Ewigkeit her auf das allergenauste berechnet und bemessen. Und wäre es einem Menschen oder selbst einem Engelsgeiste möglich, darinnen eine Abänderung zu finden, und wirkete dabei Meine ewige Sorge nur einen Augenblick nicht mit, so würdet ihr erfahren, welche Verheerungen aus der unordentlichen Wendung auch nur eines Sonnenstäubchens vor sich gehen würden.

24. Ich aber sage euch: Der Schwerpunkt einer Zentralsonne hängt in seiner Ordnung auf das intimste von der Wendung eines für eure Augen nicht mehr sichtbaren Stäubchens ab. Denn meine Ordnung ist so wohl berechnet und Meine Blicke sind so genau auf alles gerichtet, dass vom Allergrössten bis zum Allerkleinsten eines da sei zur Erhaltung des andern.

25. Nun werdet ihr auch fragen: Warum diese grossen Wasserbecken unter den Bergen und Flächen, wodurch die Oberfläche keinen Augenblick sicher ist vor dem Versinken in die meilentiefen Fluten solcher Gewässer? – Allein Ich sage: Es ist alles so eingerichtet, dass es ewig bestehen kann, wenn nicht die freiwillige Bosheit der Menschen Störungen in Meiner ewigen Ordnung verursacht, die Ich nicht hindern darf, da sie von der Freiheit des Willens der Menschen herrühren und weil der freie Wille auch nur eines Menschen (Mir) unendlich höher steht als ein ganzes Sonnengebiet mit allen Planeten, Monden und Kometen.

26. Und nähme Ich das Wasser aus diesen Becken, so saget, womit könnte das grosse Feuer in den inneren Gemächern der Erde gesänftet und gemildert werden?

27. Ist euch eine solche Erscheinung wie die der Gegend Ararat erschrecklich, so ist sie aber andererseits doch wieder ein neuer Segen zur Erhaltung des Ganzen. Denn würde das nicht geschehen auf die schon erwähnte Art, so würde im nächsten Augenblicke, statt der Zerstörung einer kleinen Gegend, die ganze Erde ein völlig vernichtendes Los erfahren.

28. Daher bin Ich in allem, was da euer Auge und Ohr berühren kann, nichts als immerwährend die ewige Liebe Selbst. Wie einst die Welt entstanden ist aus der Erbarmung Meiner Liebe, so besteht sie in Meiner Liebe und so wird sie einst auch nur sanft aufgelöst werden in Meiner Liebe. – Und ist auch der Zorn Meiner Gottheit das Sichtbare der Materie, so wird aber dieselbe doch nur gesänftet erhalten von Meiner Liebe, solange es Meine Ordnung für notwendig finden wird.

29. Und so könnet ihr auch vollkommen versichert sein, dass wenn auf irgendeinem Orte unter einer Million Menschen nur einer ist, der Mich in seiner Liebe erkannt hat, so wird der Ort, und wäre seine Unterlage so dünn wie ein Blatt Papier, dennoch so fest und sicher bestehen, als wäre sein Untergrund ein viele Meilen dickes und festes Gestein. Allwo aber unter einer Million auch nicht einer mehr anzutreffen ist, der Mich erkennen möchte als den liebevollsten Erhalter aller Welten und aller Geschöpfe, alldort wird eine sonnendicke Diamantenkruste zu schwach werden, um die vernichtende Notwendigkeit Meiner ewigen Ordnung aufzuhalten.

30. Sehet daher, so ihr Mich wahrhaft liebet, sollet ihr gar nichts fürchten, und würde die Erde auch unter euren Füssen in Trümmer zerbröckelt werden! – Wahrlich, Ich sage euch: Auch auf den dampfenden Trümmern einer zerstörten Welt würdet ihr erfahren, dass Ich die Ewige Liebe bin, und ein wahrer, einzig guter Vater denen, die Mich im Geiste und in der Wahrheit der Liebe ihres Herzens erkannt haben.

31. Ja, Ich sage euch, Ich will Sonnen zerstören und die Trümmer der Welt wie Blitze durcheinanderwerfen und entzünden mit dem Feuer Meines Grimmes die ganze ewige Unendlichkeit, und doch soll auch nicht ein Haar gesengt werden denen, die Mich lieben. Denn Ich bin allezeit ein liebender und heiliger Vater Meinen Kindern! – Amen.

Earthquakes and their Cause
September 27, 1840

The Lord says:
1. There are yet still many phenomenons in nature, be it large or small, of which none of the so called nature scholars have ever dreamt of.

2. To those phenomenons belong the magnet of the north pole, the northern lights, the lightning, the so called quick figments, like the shooting stars, the tiny clouds in the bluest of skies, the crystal formations, the tides of the ocean, the vibrations of the earth, a longer quaking of the same, as well as the massive earthquakes, which, as you can deduce by many examples and experiences, can more often than not completely devastate an entire region within a few seconds. To those occurrences belong also the landslides, large slumpings, occasionally even the subsidence of entire mountains and islands, as well as the splitting of the earth, the absence of wellsprings, the drying up of the wells, the massive receding of the oceans, and during such occasions many times the spewing of smoke and fire from the crusts of the earth. There are countless other such phenomenons, which partly have already been observed, but others have not yet been seen by anyone.

3. But of all the just mentioned extraordinary und unbelievable phenomenons, I only want to elucidate the earthquakes, the vibrations and earth tremors a little closer today, as well as illuminate other things related to them.

4. The so called earthquake is not something that just so happens on its own, instead, it is only a reaction of a seismic shock originating on some loose point of the earth, which is caused through the following circumstances…

5. Deep in the innermost constructs of the earth exist, just like within the body of an animal, some sort of bowels, and as said before, through all parts of the earth, right to its very core, countless hordes of fallen spirits are bound everywhere, and to each of them is given a certain period of time for their revival, according to My Order. Now, when on a certain spot of the earth some human race becomes a bit too sensual and material, so that at their death their spirits do not pass over into the eternal (spirit) life, but instead return again into the death of matter, then these exact spirits once again return into the depth of the earth and they are bound again just as before they were born.

6. Look, when this continues for a long time, then such a point within the earth becomes eventually overloaded. Those spirits then, in their evil desires, start to rub and ignite. By doing so, they also awaken those dormant spirits, who have not yet been born into a human life. Those smash their small cages, and then, in their offended zeal, they set off as mighty pillars of fire against the other spirits, wanting to destroy them. Those spirits – having already been born, but also fallen again – ignite themselves even more, since they believe that such a fire would come forth directly from Me as the so called hellfire, to punish them. Then, they are ignited by their anger against Me and they want to destroy and annihilate Me together with all the angels and heaven.

7. When such things start to happen, then I immediately send a peacemaking, calming angel to them. He opens the gates of some large, subterranean water basin. Then, guided by the angel, the water plunges instantaneously towards that enraged point of the earth.

8. When the water with its peace spirits reaches such a point, they step outside their slight encasement, ignite themselves against such an evil gang, and chastise them with the fire of peace.

9. The water itself dissolves into the well-known vapors, which, through such an abrupt expansion with the help of its spirits triggers such tremendous vibrations, that such a point, situated directly atop such a location – be it mountains, cities, markets or villages – will be shaken and whirled around like chaff.

10. Thereby ermerge new chasms and crevices within the earth, which often reach way up to the surface of the earth, into which the unborn nature spirits, united with the peaceful water spirits, will be guided by the angel for their further education. The evil, fallen spirits however, those who were born already, stay calmed behind in the mudhole, that came into being by this incident.

11. Now see, this is the true reason, which is behind the occurrence of such an earthquake!

12. However, regarding the beats and vibrations, which are commonly labeled as ‘earthquakes’, they are nothing else than the necessary abrupt modulation of the earth layers on account of the opening of the gates by the hands of the angel and the plunging of the water. These layers sometimes surround such a basin, and occasionally come out of balance, when, for one, through such a higher power, the layers beneath the basin are forcibly divided up to the loose point; and secondly, through the tremendous heavy plunge of the water masses are preserved in a longer lasting tremor.

13. But regarding the trembling of the earth after such a massive quake, this is the consequence of the withdrawal of the water spirits together with the unborn spirits, back into the various newly formed chasms and crevices of the earth. Because for this reason, the earth was created, to hold within its bowels a fallen race of spirits, that they might eventually resurge into a free, eternal life in and out of Me.

14. As long as there exists such a rebellious human race somewhere on the earth, so long will these phenomenons occur all the more frequently, the more sensual and God forgetting any human race on the face of the earth becomes.

15. Look, you can clearly see how all of this is true, when you look across the face of the earth and observe such occurrences every now and then, in the entire horror of their raging size. For example, the destruction of Lisbon, the ones on the island of Jamaica, as well as the ones around the mountain of Ararat (1840!), which have taken place in the exact same way as described above, and which have even reached you a few weeks ago, and not only insignificant traces. Even America has clearly felt the repeated quakes, which were caused as follows…

16. When a continual layer of stone or earth extends underground towards such a loose point, such a quake will be propagated over a long distance, in the same way as if you attach many poles to each other, laying them onto an extensive area in a straight line. Then, when you exert a mighty push on point A of these poles, said push will travel to point B, where the poles end, and the push can be felt there at the same time it happened. In this way such an earth tremor can be felt very far away, almost at the same time.

17. Even though such perceptions are natural consequences, they should not just be looked at as such. Instead, if they were counterproductive, you could assume, that it would be a little thing for Me to prevent them. But because they are useful, out of My wisdom and love, they are rather sent as warning messengers to such places, where people know as much about Me as the trees in a forest know. Such envoys then tell those people who have forgotten God, that I haven’t died yet, but rather still exist in all My Might and Strength. Since it requires only the smallest hint from Me, the same thing – as it happened to the region of Ararat – can also happen to such forewarned regions of the earth.

18. For look, at a depth of barely 120,000 feet, here and there only 12,000 feet, your land, which is called Styria, is subverted through and through with large and very deep basins of water. And so, your mountains as well as the small lowlands rest swimming, so to speak, on the surface of these underground waters, and here and there they are connected with the inner earth through masses of stone, like tall pillars.

19. Therefore, not much more forgetfulness of My Being is needed, than it is already the case – and you can rest assured that I am also well capable of demonstrating to you the same grand elementary spectacle. However, I say… Woe to the people, whom I am forced to haunt with such occurrences! Those will probably have to wait for a second creation until they are, again, granted another free probational life!

20. Now look, as these events occur according to My eternal Counsel, in the same way not even a single droplet falls from the clouds, which has not first been thought of in My Love! And believe Me, when, like yesterday, I send down such a rain to earth from the higher meadows of the emerging life out of Me, through the regions of light, the preservation of the entire earth, yes of the whole universe, basically depends on the very first drop, which barely wetted a grain of sand.

21. Here you will surely say that all of this is almost improbable. But I tell you… If that droplet had not wetted that exact grain of sand at just the right moment, the bound and wroth spirit within that grain would have shattered the grain, and by doing so would have awakened all the spirits surrounding him, to a similar reaction, and those again their neighbors, and so on up until the very last speck of dust on earth. And you can completely rest assured, that the very next second, the entire earth would have gone up in destructive flames and smoke. The way this grain of sand had awakened another to its destruction, in the same way, one earth would wake up another earth, and a sun would awake another sun, and so forth until infinity. All this would happen in almost one and the same moment, exactly as if you had thought of a heap of the cursed gunpowder, and if someone would only ignite one single grain, even if that heap would have the size of the earth, all grains would catch fire almost at the same time.

22. However, what would happen, if said gunpowder grain would first be wetted by such a droplet before being exposed to the fire? – What will happen, when the small spark comes upon the wetted grain? – The wetted grain will not catch fire, and thus the rest of the heap will be secured and saved from destruction.

23. See, nothing you look at, depends on a so called happenstance, not even the movement of a sun dust particle – for everything has been carefully calculated and measured by Me from all eternity. And if it would be possible for a human being, or even for an angel spirit, to make a little change within it all, and My eternal care would for only one moment not be attentive, you would experience, what kind of cataclysm would occur from an untidy turn of only one sun dust particle.

24. But I tell you… The mass centre of a central sun in its order depends intimately on the turn of one dust grain, which is not even visible for your eyes. For My order is so well calculated, and My eyes are so accurately riveted on everything, that from the very greatest to the very smallest, everything serves to preserve the other.

25. Now you will ask… Why are these gigantic water basins located beneath the mountains and plains, whereby the surface is not one moment secure from sinking down into the very deep floods of such waters? – But I say… Everything is arranged in such a way that it can endure forever, as long as the willfull wickedness of men causes no disturbances in My eternal order, which I am not allowed to prevent, since they originate from the free will of men, and because the free will of only one single human being is more important to Me, than an entire solar system with all its planets, moons and comets.

26. And if I would remove the water from these basins, tell Me, with what could I then tame and mitigate the great fire in the inner chambers of the earth?

27. Even though, such an occurrence like the one in the region of Ararat frightens you, on the other hand it is a blessing for the preservation of the whole. For if it wouldn’t happen the way it is described above, the very next moment, instead of the destruction of a small region, the entire earth would suffer a complete annihilation.

28. Therefore I am the eternal Love itself in everything, that can touch your eyes and ears. As once the world came into being from the compassion of My love, so it exists within My love, and thus it will, eventually, very gently be dissolved again in My love. – And even as the wrath of My Divinity is the visible substance of matter, it is still calmed by My love, as long as My order deems it necessary.

29. And so you can rest assured, that if some place, among one million people, only one person exists, that has recognized Me in their love, then this place will remain stable and secure, as if its underground was thick, solid stone, even if it is only as thin as paper. Anywhere however, where among one million people not even one single person can be found, who wants to acknowledge Me as the most loving sustainer of all the worlds and all creatures, in all these places not even a diamond crust as thick as a sun will be able to prevent the annihilating necessity of My eternal order.

30. Therefore understand, if you truly love Me, you have nothing to fear, even if the earth should crumble in pieces beneath your feet! – Truly, I tell you… even atop the steaming debris of a destroyed world you would come to know that I am the Eternal Love, and a true, sole good father to those who have recognized Me in the spirit and in the truth of love in their hearts.

31. Yes, I am telling you, I want to destroy suns, and throw the debris of the world about like lightnings and ignite the whole infinity with the fire of My wrath, and yet, not one single hair of those who love Me will be singed. For I am always a loving and holy father to My children! – Amen.

Os terramotos e suas causas

1. existem ainda muitos fenómenos na natureza, tanto grandes como pequenos, cuja verdadeira causa nunca foi sonhada por nenhum dos chamados cientistas naturais.

2. Esses fenómenos incluem, por exemplo, o íman do Pólo Norte, as luzes do Norte, os relâmpagos, bem como as chamadas formações rápidas, tais como estrelas cadentes, nuvens no mais puro céu azul, formações cristalinas, o fluxo e refluxo do mar, as vibrações da terra, um terramoto prolongado da mesma, bem como choques violentos, que, como vários exemplos e experiências vos mostram, muitas vezes destruíram completamente regiões inteiras em poucos segundos. Estes fenómenos incluem também deslizamentos de terra, grandes avalanches de terra, muitas vezes o afundamento completo de montanhas e ilhas e, além disso, a divisão da terra, a secagem de nascentes, a secagem de poços, o forte recuo do mar e, em tais ocasiões, a frequente erupção de fumo e fogo das fissuras da terra. E há inúmeros outros fenómenos semelhantes, alguns dos quais já foram observados, mas outros ainda não foram observados por ninguém.

3. No entanto, de todos estes fenómenos extraordinários e excepcionais que mencionei agora, hoje vou examinar apenas o terramoto, bem como as vibrações da terra e os seus choques, e muitas coisas relacionadas com eles.

4. O chamado terramoto não é um fenómeno em si, mas é apenas o resultado de um tremor de terra que ocorre em algum ponto solto da Terra, que é causado da seguinte forma

5. no fundo das formações mais íntimas do ser terrestre, tal como no corpo de um animal, existem, por assim dizer, entranhas. Mas, como já foi dito, inúmeros exércitos de espíritos outrora decaídos são banidos por toda parte, através de todas as partes da Terra, para o centro da mesma, a todos os quais, de acordo com a Minha ordem, é dado um certo período de tempo para o seu renascimento. Se, em qualquer ponto da Terra, alguma raça humana se tornar demasiado sensual e material, de modo que, quando tais pessoas morrem, seus espíritos não passem para a vida eterna (espiritual), mas novamente para a morte da matéria, então esses mesmos espíritos voltam para as profundezas da Terra e são presos como antes, antes de nascerem.

6. Se isso continuar por muito tempo, esse ponto da Terra ficará sobrecarregado. Esses espíritos começam então a empurrar, esfregar e inflamar-se em seus maus desejos. Mas isso também desperta os espíritos que ainda não nasceram numa vida humana do seu estado de repouso, rebenta as suas pequenas masmorras e depois, no seu fervor ofendido, irrompe em poderosas colunas de fogo contra os outros espíritos e quer destruí-los. Mas os espíritos que nasceram e voltaram a cair ficam ainda mais inflamados, pois acreditam que tal fogo vem diretamente de Mim como o chamado fogo do Inferno como castigo, e então ardem de raiva contra Mim e querem destruir-Me, a todos os anjos e ao Céu.

7. Quando tais coisas começam a acontecer, um anjo que traz paz e tranquilidade é enviado por Mim. Ele abre as comportas de um grande reservatório subterrâneo. E a água, guiada pelo anjo, corre então com a velocidade de um relâmpago para um tal ponto ardente na terra.

8. Quando a água, com os seus espíritos de paz, chega a esse ponto, então eles saem da sua cobertura de luz, inflamam-se contra esses desordeiros malvados e castigam-nos com o fogo da paz.

9. Mas a própria água se dissolve naturalmente nos vapores que conheceis e, por essa expansão súbita, com a ajuda dos seus espíritos, exerce um choque tão tremendo que montanhas, cidades, mercados e aldeias são sacudidos como palha e atirados uns sobre os outros no ponto imediatamente acima desse ponto.

10. Isso cria novas fendas e fissuras no interior da terra, que muitas vezes sobem até a superfície da terra, nas quais os espíritos da natureza ainda não nascidos, unidos aos espíritos pacíficos da água, deixam-se guiar pelo anjo para a formação posterior. Os espíritos maus e decaídos, porém, que já tinham nascido ali, ficam para trás na poça de lama assim criada.

11. Agora vejam, esta é a verdadeira razão para a criação de tal terramoto!

Mas, no que diz respeito às chamadas vibrações e oscilações, que são designadas pelo termo geral “terramotos”, estas não são mais do que os pequenos movimentos dos estratos da terra, necessariamente excitados pela abertura da comporta pelo anjo, bem como pela queda da água, que em parte rodeiam uma tal bacia, mas em parte também são tirados do seu repouso quando, para o primeiro, os estratos sob a bacia são forçosamente separados até ao ponto solto por uma força tão superior; e, no segundo caso, são também mantidos num estado prolongado de tremor pela forte queda das massas de água. – Esse movimento é, portanto, a causa das vibrações.

13. Mas quanto ao tremor da Terra depois de um impacto tão tremendo, tudo isso é conseqüência da retirada dos espíritos da água com os espíritos não nascidos para as várias novas fendas e fissuras do corpo da Terra. Pois foi para isso que a Terra foi criada, para que pudesse carregar nas suas entranhas uma raça de espíritos caídos para a sua reemergência final numa vida livre e eterna em Mim e de Mim.

14. Enquanto houver uma geração rebelde em qualquer parte da Terra, quanto mais sensual e abandonada a Deus se tornar qualquer raça humana na superfície da Terra, mais frequentes serão esses fenómenos.

15. para ver que tudo isto é literalmente verdade, podeis facilmente ver a partir disto, se por agora dirigirdes o vosso olhar sobre toda a superfície da terra e aqui e ali ouvirdes tais fenómenos em todo o horror da sua grandeza furiosa, como por exemplo a destruição de Lisboa, a da ilha da Jamaica e outras semelhantes, até agora, na região do Monte Ararat, sendo que esta última aconteceu literalmente, no sentido da Minha mensagem atual, e da qual se ouviram vestígios não negligenciáveis há algumas semanas, mesmo perto de vós. Foram sentidas repetidas sacudidelas até mesmo na América, o que tem o seguinte efeito:

16. se uma camada contínua de pedra ou de terra se estende no subsolo sem interrupção até ao ponto solto, esse choque propaga-se da mesma maneira como se colocásseis muitos postes, presos uns aos outros, em linha reta, numa superfície extensa. Se, em seguida, se exercesse um forte impacto sobre estas hastes contínuas no ponto A, este impacto seria ainda sentido de forma muito significativa no momento do impacto até ao ponto B, onde as hastes param. Deste modo, um tal choque pode ser sentido quase simultaneamente, mesmo nas regiões mais distantes.

17. embora tais percepções sejam, portanto, conseqüências naturais, elas não devem ser meramente consideradas como tal; antes, se fossem contrárias ao propósito, bem podeis imaginar que seria fácil para Mim evitá-las. Mas como são convenientes por causa do Meu amor e sabedoria, elas são antes conduzidas a tais lugares como mensageiros de advertência, onde quer que se encontrem pessoas que sabem pouco mais sobre Mim do que as árvores numa floresta. Tais mensageiros então dizem às pessoas que se esqueceram de Deus que Eu ainda não morri, mas ainda existo em toda a Minha força e poder. E como só é necessária a mais pequena pista de Mim, algo semelhante à região de Ararat também pode acontecer a lugares tão notificados na Terra.

18 Pois vês que, a uma profundidade de apenas vinte mil léguas, na verdade aqui e ali apenas duas mil léguas, a tua terra, chamada Estíria, está completamente minada por grandes e muito profundas poças de água. Assim, as vossas montanhas, bem como as poucas planícies, repousam, por assim dizer, à superfície das águas subterrâneas e estão ligadas aqui e ali ao interior da terra por massas de pedra, como grandes pilares.

19. portanto, nada mais é necessário do que um esquecimento ainda maior do meu ser do que o que acaba de ocorrer em alto grau – portanto, podeis estar certos de que também aqui sou capaz de vos mostrar um espetáculo elementar ainda maior de uma só vez. No entanto, eu digo: Ai das pessoas a quem sou obrigado a afligir com tais fenómenos! Provavelmente, eles poderão esperar por uma segunda criação, até que lhes seja dado novamente um caminho para outra prova de liberdade!

20. Agora, vede: assim como estes acontecimentos ocorrem de acordo com o Meu eterno conselho, assim também não cai das nuvens uma gota que não tenha sido pensada primeiro no Meu amor! E acreditem em Mim, quando Eu faço chover sobre a Terra, como ontem, a partir das mais altas correntes de vida nascente de Mim, através das regiões de luz, a preservação de toda a Terra, aliás, de todo o Universo, depende da primeira gota que mal humedeceu um grão de areia.

21. Dir-me-eis, naturalmente, que isso é quase improvável. Mas eu digo-vos: Se esta gota não tivesse humedecido este grão de areia no momento mais certo, então o espírito banido e enfurecido neste grão teria despedaçado o grão, despertando assim os espíritos que o rodeiam para uma ação semelhante, e estes novamente os seus vizinhos, e assim por diante até ao último pó da terra. E podeis ter a certeza absoluta de que, no segundo seguinte, toda a Terra se transformaria em chamas e fumo devastadores. E assim como um grão de areia teria despertado o outro para a destruição, assim uma terra despertaria a outra e um sol o outro, e assim por diante ad infinitum. E tudo isso seria obra de quase um mesmo momento, como se imaginásseis um grande monte de pólvora maldita, e se alguém acendesse um só grão, e se o monte fosse tão grande quanto a própria terra, todos os grãos seriam tomados pelo fogo no mesmo instante.

22. Mas se esse grão de pólvora, que acaba de ser exposto para receber pela primeira vez o fogo de uma faísca, for humedecido por uma gota, o que acontecerá quando a faísca incidir sobre o grão humedecido? – O grão humedecido não se inflamará, e todo o outro grão grande será salvo da destruição.

23. Vede, nada, seja o que for que olhardes, sim, nem mesmo o movimento de um pouco de poeira solar, depende de uma pretensa coincidência cega – mas tudo isto já está calculado e medido por Mim desde a eternidade até ao mais exato. E se fosse possível a um ser humano ou mesmo a um espírito angélico encontrar uma alteração nisso, e se o Meu cuidado eterno não cooperasse por um só momento, experimentaríeis a devastação que resultaria do movimento desordenado de uma única poeira solar.

24. Mas eu digo-vos: O centro de gravidade de um sol central depende, na sua ordem, intimamente da rotação de um grão de poeira que já não é visível aos vossos olhos. Pois a Minha ordem é tão bem calculada e os Meus olhos estão tão precisamente focados em tudo que, desde o maior até ao mais pequeno, um está lá para a preservação do outro.

25. Agora, também perguntareis: Por que essas grandes poças d’água sob as montanhas e planícies, de modo que a superfície não está a salvo por um momento de afundar nas inundações de quilômetros de profundidade dessas águas? – Só Eu digo: Tudo está arranjado de tal forma que pode existir eternamente, a menos que a maldade voluntária dos homens cause perturbações na Minha ordem eterna, que não Me é permitido impedir, uma vez que derivam da liberdade da vontade dos homens e porque a vontade livre de um só homem (Eu) é infinitamente mais elevada do que uma região solar inteira com todas as suas planícies, e porque a vontade livre de um só homem (Eu) é infinitamente mais elevada do que uma região solar inteira com todas as suas planícies.

26. E se eu tirasse a água dessas piscinas, dizei-me, como poderia o grande fogo nas câmaras internas da terra ser extinto e suavizado?

27. Se um fenómeno como o da região de Ararat vos assusta, é, por outro lado, uma nova bênção para a preservação do todo. Pois se isso não acontecesse da maneira já mencionada, então no momento seguinte, em vez da destruição de uma pequena região, toda a Terra experimentaria um destino completamente devastador.

28. Portanto, em tudo o que os vossos olhos e ouvidos podem tocar, eu não sou nada mais do que o próprio amor eterno. E assim também podeis estar completamente seguros de que, se em qualquer lugar houver apenas uma pessoa entre um milhão que Me tenha reconhecido no seu amor, o lugar, mesmo que a sua fundação seja tão fina como uma folha de papel, permanecerá tão firme e seguro como se o seu subsolo fosse uma rocha com muitas milhas de espessura e sólida. Mas onde não houver sequer um em um milhão que queira reconhecer-Me como o mais amoroso Sustentador de todos os mundos e de todas as criaturas, ali uma crosta de diamante tão espessa quanto o sol tornar-se-á fraca demais para conter a necessidade destrutiva de Minha ordem eterna.

30. Portanto, eis que, se Me amardes verdadeiramente, nada temereis, mesmo que a terra se desfaça em ruínas sob vossos pés! – Em verdade, digo-vos: Mesmo sobre as ruínas fumegantes de um mundo destruído, experimentaríeis que sou o Amor Eterno e um verdadeiro e único Pai bom para aqueles que Me reconheceram no espírito e na verdade do amor de seu coração.

31. Sim, digo-vos, destruirei sóis e lançarei as ruínas do mundo em confusão como um relâmpago e incendiarei todo o infinito eterno com o fogo da Minha ira e, no entanto, nem um cabelo da cabeça será cortado daqueles que Me amam.
