Und er trieb einen Teufel aus, der war stumm. Und es geschah, da der Teufel ausfuhr, da redete der Stumme. Und das Volk verwunderte sich. Etliche aber unter ihnen sprachen: “Er treibt die Teufel aus durch Beelzebub, den Obersten der Teufel!” Die anderen aber versuchten ihn und begehrten ein Zeichen von ihm vom Himmel.

Er aber vernahm ihre Gedanken und sprach zu ihnen: “Ein jeglich Reich, so es mit sich selbst uneins wird, das wird wüst, und ein Haus fällt über das andre. Ist denn der Satanas auch mit sich selbst uneins, wie will sein Reich bestehen, dieweil ihr saget, ich treibe die Teufel aus durch Beelzebub!? So aber ich die Teufel durch Beelzebub austreibe, durch wen treiben sie eure Kinder aus? Darum werden sie eure Richter sein.

So ich aber durch Gottes Finger die Teufel austreibe, so kommt ja das Reich Gottes zu euch. Wenn ein starker Gewappneter seinen Palast bewahret, so bleibt das Seine mit Frieden. Wenn aber ein Stärkerer über ihn kommt und überwindet ihn, so nimmt er ihm seinen Harnisch, darauf er sich verließ, und teilt den Raub aus. Wer nicht mit mir ist, der ist wider mich; und wer nicht mit mir sammelt, der zerstreuet.

Wenn der unsaubere Geist von dem Menschen ausfährt, so durchwandelt er dürre Stätten, sucht Ruhe und findet ihrer nicht; so spricht er: ,Ich will wieder umkehren in mein Haus, daraus ich gegangen bin!` Und wenn er kommt, so findet er’s mit Besen gekehrt und geschmückt. Dann geht er hin und nimmt sieben Geister zu sich, die ärger sind denn er selbst; und wenn sie hineinkommen, wohnen sie da, und es wird hernach mit demselben Menschen ärger denn zuvor.” –

Und es begab sich, da er solches redete, erhob ein Weib im Volk die Stimme und sprach zu ihm: “Selig ist der Leib, der dich getragen hat, und die Brüste, die du gesogen hast!” Er aber sprach: “Ja, selig sind, die das Wort Gottes hören und bewahren!”

So spricht der Herr:

1. Um diese Tat zu verstehen und zu würdigen, müßt ihr erst wissen, wie die Teufel in den Menschen hineinkommen, und was sie in der Tat sind, damit euch das Austreiben derselben verständlich werden kann.

2. Um euch dieses deutlich vor Augen zu führen, muß Ich weiter ausholen und euch in frühere Zeiträume zurückführen, in denen noch keine materielle Welt, sondern nur das Geisterreich bestand.

3. Aus Übermut und Trotz mißbrauchte der erste Engel, Lichtträger bis in die fernsten Räume des Geisterhimmels, seine Macht und lehnte sich nebst seinem Anhang gegen Mich auf. Da er, sowie seine Spießgesellen von einer Rückkehr nichts wissen wollten, wurden sie in die Materie gebannt und mußten auf langen Wegen der stufenartigen Läuterung den Rückgang zum einst gewesenen besseren Zustand antreten, welcher Läuterungsprozeß auch heute noch fortdauert, bis alle wieder das geworden sind, was sie einst waren, nämlich: Erkenner Meiner Macht und Liebe und werktätige Förderer Meines großen Schöpfungsplanes.

4. Nun seht, in jener fernen Zeit, in der – wie jetzt noch gültig die individuelle Freiheit des Geistes als unantastbar festgesetzt wurde, stand es den Geistern, sowie Satan selbst frei, von ihrer verkehrten Richtung umzukehren oder nicht. Da die Geister aber nicht alle gleich an Erkenntnis, Güte und Einsicht waren – wie es auch heute noch nicht zwei Geschöpfe gibt, die geistig einander gleichen -, so war die Art und Weise jener Wesen, zu denken und zu handeln, sehr verschieden. Dem einen genügte seine geistige Stufe, dem andern nicht. Der eine war standhaft und widerstand den Anfechtungen Schlechterer, der andere dagegen widerstrebte dem Einfluß Besserer. – So bestand nicht eine gleichsam geordnete Stufenreihe, sondern, soviel es geistig denkende Wesen gab, ebenso vielseitig waren auch die Ansichten und Vorstellungen von Mir, von der Welt und von dem nötigen Fortschreiten.

5. Diese große Verschiedenheit, die sowohl bei den guten Geistern wie auch bei den schlechten besteht, welche eher den Satan als Höchsten ansehen – wie die guten Mich -, bedingte eben das geistige Leben und Treiben, welches zum Bestand des großen Geisterreichs notwendig ist.

6. Wenngleich die große Masse abgefallener Geister unter ihren Hauptanführern eine andere Richtung als die für alle bestimmte einschlug, so mußten doch auch ihre, Mir und Meinem Prinzip des Guten entgegengesetzten Handlungen nur Meinen Zwecken dienen. Sie müssen in den Resultaten, welche ihren Wünschen nicht entsprechen, Meine Allmacht erkennen, der sie sich – sie mögen tun, was sie wollen – nicht entziehen können.

7. Das gleiche Sein und Treiben der Geister findet sich bei den von allen Welten abberufenen Seelen, die im Jenseits leben. Auch sie haben Willensfreiheit. Sie können vor oder rückwärtsschreiten, können tun, was sie wollen, können in einer Minute von der Höllenqual eines peinigenden Gewissens bis zur Seligkeit eines Engels gelangen, können das bleiben, was sie im Erdenleben waren, oder durch Umgang mit anderen, schlechteren Seelen selbst noch böser, noch schlechter werden. Ihr Wirkungskreis ist durch nichts beengt als durch die Existenzmittel, welche jede geistige Stufe mit sich bringt.

8. Ursprüngliche, noch nicht inkarnierte Geister, sowie Abgeschiedene, aus menschlichen Leibern, welche keinen Drang zum Vorwärtsschreiten haben, suchen – da Tätigkeit ein Lebensgesetz ist, ohne das nichts bestehen kann – sich zu beschäftigen, indem sie versuchen, entweder Geister oder noch lebende Wesen, deren Neigung eine Beeinflussung zuläßt, in ihren Bereich zu ziehen und ihnen ihre Ansichten und Neigungen beizubringen. Daher kommt es, daß der Mensch, je mehr er seine eigenen bösen und schlechten Leidenschaften nährt, immer leichter diesem jenseitigen Einfluß unterworfen ist und endlich ganz diesen bösen, von Langeweile geplagten Geistern zur Beute wird. So wie durch Schreiben, Klopfen und sonstige Mittel die Geister auf einzelne (empfängliche) Seelen einwirken können und indirekt wenigstens dazu beitragen, daß die Ungläubigen zu der Erkenntnis kommen: “Es gibt eine andere Welt!”, ebenso wirken die schlechten Geister der Verstorbenen auf das Gemüt, ja auf die körperliche Organisation des Menschen ein, wovon Tobsucht und andere Krankheiten die äußerlich sichtbaren Folgen sind.

9. So könnt ihr, würdet ihr mit geistigen Augen sehen, eine ganz neue Welt in und um euch erblicken, die ebenso wie die äußere materielle bemüht ist, euch den Gang zu Mir soviel wie möglich zu erschweren. Deswegen rief Ich auch einst Meinen Jüngern im Garten von Gethsemane zu: “Wachet und betet, auf daß ihr nicht in Versuchung fallet!”

10. Diese geistigen Einflüsse sind anfangs so gelinde und sanft, unter spitzfindigen Gründen der Eigenliebe ihr verderbliches Gift verbergend, daß ein feines Gefühl und stete Wachsamkeit dazu gehören, um nicht statt des eigenen Willens den Willen anderer zu tun. Ist aber Standhaftigkeit da und sieht der böse oder schlechte Geist, daß seinen Einflüssen nicht Gehör gegeben wird, so läßt er von selbst ab, weil auch er seine Zeit nicht unnütz verlieren will.

11. Dieses unsichtbare Beeinflussen und Verändern der Materie, dieses Entstehen und Vergehen und In-andere-Formen-Übergehen, alles dieses würde – hättet ihr die geistige Sehe – sich in der geistigen Welt vor euren Augen abwickeln, in einem noch größeren Maßstab, weil ihr die Geister durchschauen und schon von vornherein bemerken könntet, welche Idee jetzt den einen oder andern bewegt, dieses oder jenes zu tun. Ihr würdet an diese geistige Welt einen ganz anderen Maßstab anlegen müssen als an eure materielle Welt, da dort schon die Gedanken gewogen werden, während in eurer sichtbaren Welt tausend Gedanken unbemerkt an euch vorübergehen, bis vielleicht erst der letzte, durch die Tat, die Idee eines anderen lebenden Wesens verrät.

12. Ihr würdet staunen, wie die Hinübergehenden dort anlangen, wie sie von anderen Geistern entweder mit Liebe oder mit Haß empfangen werden. Ihr würdet staunen, welche moralischen Kämpfe dort eine Seele durchmachen muß, bis sie ihren Weg selbständig gehen kann. Dort hilft kein Verbergen, kein Heucheln und Verstellen. Dort ist der Mensch als Geist nur der Abdruck seines geistigen Ichs, erworben hier auf dieser Welt, und zwar nicht durch Taten, sondern bereits durch Gedanken; denn diese waren die Urheber der Taten, und diese geben auch in der geistigen Welt den Ausschlag. Jeder durch euern Kopf oder euer Herz flüchtig laufende Gedanke ist in eueren inneren Geistesmenschen als unabänderlicher Abdruck eingeprägt worden und wird einst die äußere geistige Umkleidung eures Seelenmenschen bedingen.

13. Wenn die Menschen wüßten, was sie tun, wenn sie entweder mit Groll von dieser Erde scheiden, oder wenn die Zurückgebliebenen den Hinübergegangenen fluchen, sie würden schaudern vor den Folgen solcher Gedanken; denn solche Gedanken sind fähig, Qualen auf Qualen – natürlich geistiger Natur – den Hinübergegangenen zu bereiten und in ihnen den Wunsch entfachen, die noch Lebenden mit Rache zu empfangen. Daher seid streng mit euren Gedanken! Ihr ruft oft mit einem Gedanken ein Heer gleichgesinnter, schlechter Geister der andern Welt in eure Nähe, und während ihr glaubt, ihr hinget diesen Gedanken bloß nach, sind es diese Geister, die euch in ihr Netz zu verstricken trachten, die eure guten Eigenschaften zu vernichten streben, um dann den Entschluß zu einer bösen Tat zur Reife zu bringen, welche wieder unendliche Folgen für euch und andere Menschen und Geister hat.

14. Dies ist im Evangelium ausgedrückt, wo Ich von dem mächtigen bösen Geist, der aus dem Kranken oder Stummen getrieben wurde, sagte, daß er öde und wüst umherging, dann aber wieder zurückkehrte mit sieben anderen Geistern, die ärger waren als er selbst.

15. Das ist das geistige Bild eines Menschen, der wohl eine Leidenschaft besiegt, glaubt einen Teufel von sich entfernt zu haben, sich aber nachlässig wieder diesen Gedanken, seinen Lieblingsideen hingibt. Dieser Mensch nährt ein Flämmchen, und wie die Mücken, von weitem das Licht bemerkend, alle dorthin ziehen, ebenso ist diese geistige Gedankenrichtung ein Licht, das in der Geisterwelt gerade den im Finstern tappenden Geistern als Leitfaden dient. Dort strömen sie hin, beginnen ihr teuflisches Spiel mit verstärkter und vereinter Kraft, bis der geplagte Mensch in ihr Netz fällt und hier auf Erden und dort im Jenseits auf lange Zeit für Mein Reich verloren ist.

16. Die andere Welt, die Welt des Unsichtbaren, ist nicht so rosig, wie eure Priester sie euch vorstellen; sie ist aber auch nicht so höllisch, wie die Phantasie gewisser Religionsfanatiker sie euch vormalen möchte. Das ganze Gemälde besteht darin: Wie der Mensch geistig beschaffen ist, so sieht er auch die geistige Welt. So seht ihr ja auch die materielle Welt, ob hüben oder drüben, das bleibt sich gleich.

17. Ein veredeltes, reines, Mir ergebenes Herz wird dort nichts von alledem sehen, wie es auch hier nichts davon sah. Es wird dort verirrte Geister, wie hier verirrte Menschen, erblicken und helfend jedem unter die Arme greifen, wie es während seiner Lebenszeit getan hat. Frieden mitbringend, sieht die Seele dort Frieden; Haß und Stolz mitbringend, wird sie auch dort das nämliche von anderen erfahren und das gleiche auch an anderen ausüben.

18. Es ist nur ein Gesetz, das in Meiner Schöpfung gilt, – es ist das Gesetz der Schwere, der Anziehungskraft. Das Materielle wird gefestet und erhalten durch dieses Gesetz; das Geistige ebenfalls. Je schwerer, d.h. je dichter ein Körper ist, desto größer ist die Kraft, die seine Urelemente zusammenhält; er ist Stein und ist auf festen Grund gebaut. Je leichter die Substanzen sind, und je geringer ihre Bindekraft ist, desto leichter ist ihre Erhebung möglich. Je fester die Atome zusammengefügt sind, um so weniger sind sie für Licht und Wärme aufnahmefähig; je leichter sie sind, desto mehr sind sie empfänglich für das von oben Kommende.

19. So ist es auch in der Geisterwelt. Das moralische Gewicht bannt die Geister an die Materie; je leichter es ist, desto eher können sie sich von der Materie entfernen. Im ersteren Falle sind die Geister finster, im zweiten desto lichter. Die finsteren Geister also sind es, die sich am Licht anderer beleben und erwärmen wollen, da ihnen selbst die Wärme fehlt. Deswegen suchen sie entweder, so sie schlecht bleiben wollen, die anderen mit in ihre Finsternis hineinzuziehen, oder sich selbst dieser zu entwinden.

20. So ist das geistige Treiben im ganzen Äther beschaffen: Ewig Kampf neben Ruhe, Verfolgung und Abstoßung neben Einigung und liebender Zusammengesellung, da die Geister ihren geistigen Prozeß erfüllen müssen. Auf die Zeit kommt es nicht an; denn die Ewigkeit ist lang. Niemand wird gezwungen; was er sein will, das ist er, oder wie Paulus sagte: “Wie der Baum fällt, so bleibt er liegen!”

21. Daher gebet euch alle Mühe, schon hier so viel Stärke zu erlangen, daß ihr dort den Versuchungen widerstehen könnt und auch sogleich mit besseren Geistern zusammenkommt, bei denen natürlich von Kampf und Verführung nicht die Rede ist! Enthaltet euch der Flüche und Verwünschungen; denn die auf diese Art beleidigten, an ihrem Fortschritte gehemmten Geister suchen sich zu rächen! Können sie es hier nicht, so erwarten sie euch gewiß dort, um euch zu vergelten, was ihr in blinder Eigenliebe an ihnen verschuldet habt.

22. Im Evangelium sagte Ich: “Wer nicht mit Mir ist, der ist gegen Mich; wer nicht mit Mir sammelt, der zerstreut!” Merkt euch das; es heißt: Es gibt nur zwei Wege: zu Mir hin – und hinweg von Mir! Daher selig diejenigen unter euch, die Meine Worte hören und auch befolgen werden! Vieles werden sie sich in jener Welt ersparen, was sonst eine unausbleibliche Folge irdischen Handelns gewesen wäre.

23. Ich könnte euch noch viel über jene Welt sagen. Einen kleinen Blick in sie tatet ihr schon in der Beschreibung der geistigen Sonne. Zwar ist das nur ein Schattenriß der großen Wahrheit, aber genau durchdacht genügt er als Mahnwort, um Mich einst nicht zu beschuldigen, als hätte Ich euch nicht einen Blick in jene Welt tun lassen, die einst euer Aufenthalt, und zwar der bei weitem längere sein wird.

24. Die extremen Fälle, in denen ein oder sogar mehrere böse Geister einen Menschen derart in der Gewalt haben, daß selbst sein physischer Organismus mit in ihrer Gewalt ist, sind selten und oft sogar aus guten Gründen zugelassen. Um solch kranke und von bösen Geistern besessene Menschen zu heilen, gehört ein willensstarker, religiöser Mensch, der Mich und Meine Macht kennt und auch das Vertrauen zu Mir hat, daß Ich ihm helfe, wenn er darum bittet. Da kann dann durch Gebet und Händeauflegen in Meinem Namen geholfen werden, so wie Ich es während Meines irdischen Lebenswandels getan habe; nur muß stets dabei gedacht werden: wenn es Mein heiliger Wille ist, daß es geschehe!

25. Hier habt ihr ein kleines Bild des großen Geisterlebens, welches Ich euch bei diesem Anlaß aus dem Evangelium geben wollte. Es ist zu wichtig, als daß ihr nur wisset, was ihr sehet; ihr müßt auch nach und nach begreifen lernen, was außer der sichtbaren Welt besteht, was derselben seinen Typus aufgedrückt hat und den weit größeren und wichtigeren Teil Meines Reiches ausmacht.

26. Geist bin Ich, Geist seid ihr, und geistig wird selbst die Materie noch werden. Also diesen großen Kreislauf mit all seinen Stufen zu erkennen, zu überblicken und in ihm sich seine eigene Stellung zu erringen, das ist die Aufgabe, die euch gegeben wurde. Zu ihrer leichteren Lösung scheue Ich kein Mittel, um euch den unabweisbaren Weg zu erleichtern und zu verkürzen, damit ihr hier schon das Meiste und Schwerste bewältigt – und dort nur Weniges und Leichteres zu überwinden habt. Amen.

Luke 11:14-28…
And he was casting out a devil, and it was dumb. And it came to pass, when the devil was gone out, the dumb spake; and the people wondered. But some of them said, He casteth out devils through Beelzebub the chief of the devils. And others, tempting him, sought of him a sign from heaven.

But he, knowing their thoughts, said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and a house divided against a house falleth. If Satan also be divided against himself, how shall his kingdom stand? Because he say that I cast out devils through Beelzebub. And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do your sons cast them out? Therefore shall they be your judges.

But if I with the finger of God cast out devils, no doubt the kingdom of God ist come upon you. When a strong man armed keepeth his palace, his goods are in peace: But when a stronger than he shall come upon him, and overcome him, he taketh from him all his armor wherein he trusted, and divideth his spoils. He that is not with me is against me: and he that gathereth not with me scattereth.

When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he saith, I will return upon my house whence I came out. And when he cometh, he findeth it swept and garnished. Then goeth he, and taketh to him seven other spirits more wicked than himself; and they enter in, and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first.

And it came to pass, as he spake these things, a certain woman of the company lifted up her voice, and said unto him. Blessed is the womb that bare thee, and the paps which thou hast sucked. But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.”

Thus says the Lord…
1. In order to understand and appreciate this deed, you must first know how the devils get into a person and what they are in reality, so that the casting out can become comprehensible to you.

2. To make this clear to you, I must go far back and lead you into earlier eons when there was no material world as yet but only the realm of spirits.

3. Out of presumption and defiance, the first angel, as the bearer of light into the farthest spaces of the heaven of spirits, abused his might and – together with his adherents – rebelled against Me. And since he and his accomplices had no intention of ever returning, they were banned into matter and compelled to set out on the long road of progressive purification in order to return to their once better state. This process of purification is still on today until all will have again become what they once were, namely, recognizers of My might and love and active promoters of My great plan of creation.

4. Now behold, in that distant time when the individual liberty of the spirit was established as inviolable, which is still the case today, the spirits, including Satan himself, were free either to return from their wrong direction or not. But since the spirits were not all equal in recognition, goodness and insight – just as still today there are no two beings which are spiritually alike – the ways in which those spirits thought and acted were most varied. One was satisfied with his spiritual level, another was not. One was steadfast in resisting the temptation of the more wicked, whereas another opposed the influence of the better ones. Hence, there did not exist a proper progression, but there were as many different opinions and ideas about Me, the world and the necessary development as there were spiritually thinking beings.

5. This great diversity, existing among the good spirits as well as among the evil, who prefer to regard Satan as their deity in the same way as the good regard Me, – this diversity is the basis for the spiritual life and activity necessary for the continuance of the great realm of spirits.

6. Although the great multitude of fallen spirits under their principal leaders took a direction other than the one destined for all, their actions, which are opposed to Me and My principle of good, must nevertheless serve My purpose. In the results, which are not according to their wishes, they must recognize My omnipotence which they cannot evade whatever they do.

7. The same way of spiritual existence and activity is also found among the souls of those who were called away from all the globes and are now living in the beyond. Also they have freedom of will. They can progress or retrogress, they can do whatever they wish. They can, in a minute, proceed from the hellish torture of a tormenting conscience to the beatitude of an angel; can remain what they were in their lives on earth or become still more wicked through companionship with other, more evil souls. Their sphere of action is limited by nothing but the conditions of existence found on each spiritual level.

8. Primordial, not yet incarnated spirits as well as souls departed from human bodies who have no urge to progress, seek – since activity is a principle of life without which nothing can exist – to occupy themselves by endeavouring to draw into their sphere spirits or still living beings whose inclinations make an influence possible, and to impart to them their own views and inclinations. Therefore, the more a person nourishes his own evil passions, the more easily he may become subjected to such an influence and ultimately fall victim to these evil spirits tormented by boredom. As through writing, knocking and other means the spirits can exercise an influence upon individual receptive souls and thereby contribute, at least indirectly, to unbelievers realizing that there is another world, thus evil spirits of the deceased may affect the mind, even the physical organism, of a person, in which case raving madness or other diseases are the externally visible consequences.

9. If you could see with spiritual eyes, you would discover an entirely new world in and around you which, like the external, material world, is also endeavouring to make your return to Me as difficult as possible. It was on account of this that I once said to My disciples in the garden of Gethsemane: “Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation!”

10. Hiding their pernicious venom under the sophisticated cloak of self-love, these spiritual influences are in the beginning so mild and gentle that one needs an acute perception and steady vigilance to refrain from doing the will of others instead of one’s own. If, however, a person remains steadfast and the evil spirit sees that his influence is resisted, he gives up because he does not want to waste his time.

11. This invisible influencing and transforming of matter, this coming into existence and disintegrating, this transition to other forms, – all this would unfold in the spiritual world before your eyes on an even larger scale if you had the spiritual vision. For, you could look through the spirits and observe at once which idea is moving one or the other to do this or that. In this spirit world you would have to use an entirely different yardstick than in your material world, since there already thoughts are being weighed, whilst in your visible world a thousand thoughts pass unnoticed until perhaps only the last one, through action, discloses the idea of another living being.

12. You would be amazed if you could watch the departed souls arrive in the beyond and see how they are received by other spirits either with love or hatred. You would be amazed at the moral struggles a soul has to experience there until it can go its own way independently. There hiding, hypocrisy and dissembling is of no use. There man, as a spirit, is but the reflection of his spiritual self attained in this world, and not by actions but by thoughts because thoughts brought about the actions, and they are the determining factor also in the spiritual world. Every thought flashing through your head or heart is carved as an indelible imprint in your inner spiritual man and will someday contribute to forming the spiritual garment of your soul’s body.

13. If people only knew what they are doing when they either depart from this earth bearing a grudge, or when survivors curse the departed, they would shudder at the consequences of such thoughts. Such thoughts are capable of causing great torment – of a spiritual nature, of course – for those who have passed to the other world and could kindle in them the desire to receive the souls of such persons with revenge. Therefore, be severe with your thoughts! You may often with one thought attract a host of congenial evil spirits of the other world, and while you believe to be only musing, these spirits are endeavouring to catch you in their net, to destroy your good qualities in order to bring to maturity the decision for an evil act which may have endless consequences for yourselves and other men and spirits.

14. This is expressed in the Gospel when I said of the powerful and evil spirit, cast out from the diseased or mute, that he walked around all forlorn and then returned with seven other spirits worse than himself.

15. It is the spiritual picture of a man who conquers a passion and believes to have rid himself of a devil but then carelessly indulges again in his favourite thoughts and ideas. Such a person is nourishing a little flame and as gnats when they become aware of a light in the distance all strive towards it, in the same way this train of thought serves as a light in the spirit-world to guide those who are groping in darkness. They stream towards it, begin their hellish play with united strength until the plagued individual falls into their net and is lost to My Kingdom here on earth and there in the beyond for a long time.

16. The other world, the world of the invisible, is not as rosy as your priests present it to you. It is not so hellish either as the imagination of certain religious fanatics likes to paint it for you. It is all based on this: A man will see the spiritual world according to his spiritual nature. In the same way you also see the material world, and the principle is the same here as it is in the beyond.

17. There a refined and pure heart, devoted to Me, will not see anything of a hellish nature as it did not see such things in this world either. There it will see erring spirits as it here saw erring people, and it will endeavour to help everybody as it had done here during its lifetime. Bringing along peace, the soul will see only peace; bringing along hatred and pride, it will experience the same over there from others and subject others to it.

18. There is only one law valid in My creation – the law of gravity, of the power of attraction. By it the material things are consolidated and maintained, likewise the spiritual. The heavier, that is, the denser a body is, the greater is the power holding together its primary elements; it is rock and built on firm ground. The lighter the substances and the less their power of cohesion, the easier they can arise. The firmer the atoms are joined together, the less they are capable of receiving light and warmth; the lighter they are, the more receptive for the influences from above.

19. Thus it is also in the world of spirits. The moral weight binds the spirits to matter; the ligther it is, the sooner can they withdraw from matter. In the first case, the spirits are dark; in the second, accordingly lighter. The dark spirits are the ones who want to animate and warm themselves in the light of others since they lack warmth themselves. Hence, if they want to remain wicked they endeavour to draw others into their darkness, otherwise they try to free themselves from the darkness.

20. Such is the spiritual acitivity in the entire ether spheres. Forever there is strife beside peace, persecution and repulsion beside unification and loving congregation, because the spirits have to fulfil their spiritual process. Time does not count, for eternity is long. No one is coerced; what he wants to be, he is. Or, as Paul said: “As the tree falls, so it lies.”

21. Therefore, make every effort while you are here to gain enough strength that you can resist the temptations there and that you immediately meet with better spirits with whom, of course, strife and seduction are out of the question! Abstain from cursing and uttering maledictions, for spirits offended in this way and retarded in their progress seek to take revenge. If they cannot do it here, they are sure to wait for you over there in order to repay you for what you have done to them in blind self-love.

22. In the Gospel I said: “He that is not with Me is against Me; and he that gathereth not with Me scattereth abroad.” Remember that there are only two ways: toward Me or away from Me! Therefore, blessed are those of you who hear My words and will also follow them! In the other world they will be spared much of what otherwise would have been an inevitable consequence of their earthly actions.

23. I could still tell you much about the other world. You already had a glance at it in the description of the spiritual sun. Yet, that is only just an outline of the great truth but if you ponder over it this should suffice as an admonition, so that you cannot blame Me later for not having let you look into that world which one day will be your abode, in fact, the by far longer one.

24. Those extreme cases where one or several evil spirits have so much power over a person that even his physical organism is under their control are rare but allowed for good reasons. To heal such sick people possessed by evil spirits, requires a religious man with a strong will who knows Me and My might well and is confident that I will give him help when he asks for it. In such a case help can be given in My name through prayer and the laying-on of hands, as I did Myself when I lived on earth; only one must always think: Let it happen according to My holy will!

25. Now you have an idea about the life in the great spirit-world, which I wanted to give you on the occasion of this event from the Gospel. It is most important that you not only know what you see but little by little also learn to understand what there is beyond the visible world, has given the latter its character and represents the by far greater and more important part of My Kingdom.

26. Spirit am I, spirits are you, and even matter will once become spiritual. To recognize in this light the great cycle in all its levels, to survey it and establish your own position in it, is the task which – was given you. To help you achieve this, I employ every possible means to make the inevitable road easier and shorter for you in order that you may overcome already here the greater and most difficult part, so that over there you will have to conquer only fewer and easier things. Amen.

“La legge di gravità, della forza di attrazione!”

«Ed egli scacciò un demonio che aveva reso muto un uomo. Ed accadde che il demonio uscì, allora il muto cominciò a parlare. E la moltitudine rimase meravigliata. Ma alcuni dissero tra di loro: “Ė in nome di Belzebù, capo dei demoni, che egli scaccia i demoni”. Altri invece, lo tentarono e pretesero da lui un segno del cielo.

Ma egli percepiva i loro pensieri e disse: “Ogni regno, se viene diviso in se stesso, diventa deserto e una casa cade sull’altra. Se, infatti, anche Satana è diviso in se stesso, come potrà resistere il suo regno se voi dite che Io scaccio i demoni in nome di Belzebù? Ma se io scaccio i demoni in nome di Belzebù, i vostri discepoli in nome di chi li scacciano? Essi saranno perciò i vostri giudici.

Se invece io scaccio i demoni con il dito di Dio, allora è venuto a voi il regno di Dio. Se un uomo forte, bene armato, custodisce il suo palazzo, allora tutti i suoi beni stanno al sicuro. Ma se arriva uno più forte di lui e lo vince, gli prende la sua armatura nella quale confidava e ne distribuisce il bottino. Chi non è con me, è contro di me; e chi non raccoglie con me, costui disperde.

Quando lo spirito immondo esce dall’uomo, allora va girovagando per luoghi aridi, cerca riposo e non lo trova, allora egli dice: voglio ritornare di nuovo nella mia casa donde sono venuto. E quando egli viene, la trova spazzata e adorna. Allora va e prende con sé sette spiriti che sono peggiori di lui; e quando essi entrano, vi dimorano e la condizione finale di quell’uomo diventa peggiore della prima”.

Mentre diceva questo, una donna levò la voce di mezzo alla moltitudine e disse: “Beato è il grembo che ti ha portato, ed il seno che hai succhiato!”. Ma egli disse: “Sì, beati sono coloro che ascoltano la parola di Dio e la custodiscono!”.»

Così dice il Signore…
1. 1. Per comprendere e apprezzare quest’atto, dovete prima sapere come i demoni entrano nell’uomo, e che cosa sono in realtà, affinché vi diventi comprensibile la cacciata degli stessi.

2. Per spiegarvi questo chiaramente, devo Io cominciare da lontano, e riportarvi ai tempi primordiali, quando ancora non esisteva alcun mondo materiale, ma solo il regno degli spiriti.

3. Per arroganza e tracotanza il primo angelo, portatore di luce fin nei più lontani spazi del Cielo spirituale, abusò del suo potere, e con il suo seguito si rivoltò contro di Me. Poiché lui, così come i suoi compagni non vollero saperne di un ritorno, furono banditi nella materia e dovettero mettersi sulle lunghe vie della graduale purificazione, il cammino all’indietro per ritornare alle migliori condizioni nelle quali vivevano in origine, e tale processo di purificazione continua ancora oggi, e durerà finché tutti saranno di nuovo divenuti ciò che erano un tempo, vale a dire: riconosceranno la Mia Potenza e il Mio Amore, e saranno promotori attivi del Mio grande Piano della Creazione.

4. Ebbene, vedete, in quei lontani tempi in cui fu stabilita l’individuale libertà dello spirito come intangibile – cosa che ancor oggi ha validità – gli spiriti, così come Satana stesso, erano liberi di invertire o no, la loro falsa via intrapresa. Ma poiché essi non erano tutti uguali in conoscenza, bontà e discernimento – come ancora anche oggi non esistono due creature che si uguaglino spiritualmente – così il modo di pensare e di agire di quegli esseri era molto differente. All’uno bastava il suo livello spirituale, all’altro no! L’uno era saldo e resisteva agli attacchi dei peggiori, l’altro si opponeva all’influsso dei migliori. Così non esisteva, per così dire, un’unica successione di gradi, e tanti erano gli esseri spiritualmente pensanti, quanto molteplici erano anche le opinioni e i concetti di Me, del mondo e del necessario avanzamento.

5. Questa grande diversità, che esiste tanto nei buoni spiriti quanto in quelli cattivi, i quali ritengono maggiormente Satana come supremo – mentre quelli buoni ritengono Me – condizionò appunto la vita e l’operato spirituale che è necessario per l’esistenza del grande Regno degli spiriti.

6. Sebbene la gran massa degli spiriti caduti sotto la guida del loro capo, intraprese una direzione diversa da quella determinata per tutti, tuttavia anche le loro azioni, opposte a Me e al Mio principio del bene, dovevano servire unicamente ai Miei scopi. Essi dovevano riconoscere nei risultati, che non corrispondevano ai loro desideri, la Mia Onnipotenza, alla quale – qualsiasi cosa si faccia – non ci si può sottrarre.

7. Lo stesso modo di essere e di agire degli spiriti, si ritrova nelle anime richiamate da tutti i mondi, le quali vivono nell’aldilà. Anch’esse hanno la libera volontà. Possono procedere o retrocedere, possono fare quello che vogliono, in un minuto possono giungere dalla sofferenza infernale di una coscienza straziante, fino alla beatitudine di un angelo; possono restare quel che erano nella vita terrena, oppure, attraverso il rapporto con altre anime, perfino peggiori, possono divenire ancora più malvagie. La loro sfera d’azione non è delimitata da nulla, se non dai mezzi di esistenza che ogni grado spirituale comporta.

8. Gli spiriti originari non ancora incarnati, come pure i trapassati provenienti da corpi umani che non hanno alcuno stimolo a progredire, poiché l’attività è una legge vitale senza la quale nulla può esistere, si occupano di trascinare nella loro sfera altri spiriti, oppure esseri ancora viventi che tendono a essere strumentalizzati, cercando di istillar loro le proprie vedute e inclinazioni. Perciò accade che, quanto più l’uomo nutre le proprie malvagie e basse passioni, tanto più facilmente è sottoposto a questi influssi dell’aldilà e infine diviene totalmente preda di questi maligni spiriti tormentati dall’inedia. Così come gli spiriti possono influenzare singole anime (ricettive) attraverso la scrittura, il bussare e altri mezzi, e indirettamente contribuiscono al fatto che gli increduli giungano alla conoscenza che ‘Esiste un altro mondo!’, allo stesso modo gli spiriti malvagi dei defunti hanno un’influenza sull’anima, anzi sull’organismo corporeo dell’uomo, le cui conseguenze visibili esteriori sono il delirio e altre malattie.

9. Se voi poteste vedere con gli occhi spirituali, scorgereste un mondo completamente nuovo in voi e attorno a voi che, come anche quello materiale esteriore, si adopera a rendervi il più difficile possibile il cammino verso di Me. Per questo, Io un giorno esclamai ai Miei discepoli nel giardino di Getsemani: «Vegliate e pregate, affinché non cadiate in tentazione!».

10. Queste influenze spirituali sono inizialmente soavi e dolci, nascondono il loro veleno mortale sotto sottili motivi d’amor proprio, tanto che vi occorrono fine sensibilità e costante vigilanza per non fare, invece della propria, la volontà di altri. Se però qui c’è fermezza, e il malevolo o basso spirito vede che non si presta ascolto ai suoi influssi, allora smette da se stesso, perché neanche lui vuole perdere inutilmente il proprio tempo.

11. Queste influenze invisibili, e trasformazioni della materia, questo nascere e svanire e passare in altre forme, nel mondo spirituale si svolgerebbe – se voi aveste la vista spirituale – davanti ai vostri occhi in misura ancor più grande, perché potreste guardare attraverso gli spiriti e vi accorgereste già a priori di quale idea induca l’uno o l’altro a fare questo o quello. Voi in questo mondo spirituale dovreste applicare una misura molto diversa da quella che applicate nel vostro mondo materiale, poiché lì si pesano già i pensieri, mentre nel vostro mondo visibile passano inosservati in voi migliaia di pensieri, finché forse soltanto l’ultimo tradisce, con l’azione, l’idea di un altro essere vivente.

12. Rimarreste sorpresi nel vedere come giungono lì i passati dall’altra parte, come sono accolti dagli altri spiriti, o con amore o con odio. Rimarreste sorpresi nel vedere quali battaglie morali deve soffrire lì un’anima, prima di poter percorrere autonomamente la propria via. Lì non serve nascondere, fingere e simulare. Lì, l’uomo come spirito, è solo la copia del suo io spirituale, acquisito in questo mondo, e precisamente non attraverso le azioni, bensì già attraverso i pensieri; furono questi, infatti, i promotori delle azioni, e questi daranno il tratto della bilancia anche nel mondo spirituale. Ogni pensiero fugace che passa attraverso la vostra testa, o attraverso il vostro cuore, resta scolpito nel vostro uomo spirituale interiore come impronta indelebile, e condizionerà un giorno la veste esteriore spirituale del vostro uomo animico.

13. Se gli uomini sapessero cosa fanno quando si separano da questa Terra con rancore, o se i rimasti indietro maledicono i trapassati, essi rabbrividirebbero davanti alle conseguenze di tali pensieri; questi pensieri, infatti, sono in grado di procurare ai trapassati tormenti su tormenti – naturalmente di carattere spirituale – e scatenare in loro il desiderio di accogliere con vendetta gli ancora viventi. Perciò siate severi con i vostri pensieri! Voi con un solo pensiero chiamate spesso dall’altro mondo un esercito di cattivi spiriti di idee affini nelle vostre vicinanze, e mentre credete di dipendere solo dai vostri pensieri, sono invece questi spiriti che si adoperano a impigliarvi nella loro rete, e tentano di distruggere le vostre buone qualità, per poi portare a maturazione la decisione di compiere un’azione malvagia che, a sua volta, ha conseguenze infinite per voi e per altri uomini e spiriti.

14. Questo è detto nel Vangelo, quando Io parlai del potente spirito immondo che fu scacciato dal malato, o muto, e che vagò per luoghi aridi e deserti, fino a tornare di nuovo con altri sette spiriti peggiori di lui.

15. Questa è l’immagine spirituale di un uomo che supera ben una passione, e crede di aver allontanato da sé un demone, ma, non curante si abbandona di nuovo a tali pensieri, alle sue idee predilette. Quest’uomo nutre una fiammella e, come i moscerini che, scorgendo la luce da lontano corrono tutti là, altrettanto questa direzione spirituale di pensieri è una luce che nel mondo spirituale serve da filo conduttore proprio per quegli spiriti brancolanti nelle tenebre. Essi affluiscono lì, iniziano il loro gioco diabolico con forze rinnovate e riunite, finché l’uomo tormentato cade nella loro rete, e qui sulla Terra e là nell’aldilà è perduto a lungo, per il Regno Mio.

16. L’altro mondo, il mondo dell’invisibile, non è così roseo come i vostri sacerdoti ve lo rappresentano, ma neanche è spaventoso come vorrebbe dipingervelo la fantasia di certi fanatici religiosi. Il quadro completo consiste in questo: come l’uomo è, spiritualmente, così egli vede anche il mondo spirituale. E così vede anche il mondo materiale: se di qua o di là, la cosa non cambia.

17. Un cuore nobile e puro, a Me devoto, nell’aldilà non vedrà nulla di tutto questo, come non vide nulla nell’aldiquà. Là scorgerà spiriti smarriti, come qui ci sono uomini smarriti, e darà una mano a ciascuno per aiutarlo, come fece durante il suo tempo di vita. Portando con sé pace, l’anima vedrà nell’aldilà pace; portando con sé odio e orgoglio, là essa troverà anche le stesse cose negli altri ed eserciterà anche le stesse cose sugli altri.

18. C’è una sola legge che vale nella Mia Creazione, – ed è la legge di gravità, della forza di attrazione! Il materiale è solidificato e sostenuto da questa legge; altrettanto lo spirituale. Quanto più pesante, vale a dire quanto più denso è un corpo, tanto maggiore è la forza che tiene insieme i suoi elementi originari: esso è pietra ed è costruito su base solida. Quanto più leggere sono le sostanze, tanto minore è la loro forza di coesione, e tanto più facilmente è possibile la loro elevazione. Quanto più compatti sono gli atomi combinati, tanto meno sono in grado di assorbire luce e calore; quanto più leggeri essi sono, tanto più sono ricettivi per ciò che proviene dall’alto.

19. Così è anche nel mondo degli spiriti. Il peso morale imprigiona gli spiriti nella materia; quanto più leggero esso è, tanto prima essi possono allontanarsi dalla materia. Nel primo caso gli spiriti sono tenebrosi, nel secondo, tanto più luminosi. Sono quindi gli spiriti tenebrosi che vogliono animarsi e scaldarsi alla luce degli altri, perché essi stessi mancano di calore. Per questo essi cercano, se vogliono rimanere malvagi, o di trascinare gli altri nelle loro tenebre, oppure di strappare se stessi a queste tenebre.

20. Così è il movimento spirituale in tutto l’etere: eterna lotta accanto alla quiete, persecuzione e repulsione accanto all’unione e all’amorevole socievolezza, poiché gli spiriti devono compiere il loro processo spirituale. Il tempo non ha importanza; l’eternità, infatti, è lunga. Nessuno è costretto; egli è ciò che vuole essere, oppure come disse Paolo: «Come l’albero cade, così rimane a terra!».

21. Perciò datevi ogni premura di conseguire già qui sufficiente forza, così da resistere lì alle tentazioni, e per incontrarvi anche subito con gli spiriti migliori, presso i quali, naturalmente, non c’è da parlare di lotta e seduzione! Astenetevi da maledizioni e imprecazioni, poiché quegli spiriti offesi in tal modo, ostacolati nel loro progresso, cercheranno di vendicarsi! Se non lo potranno fare qui, certamente vi attenderanno là per ripagarvi di ciò che voi, per cieco egoismo, avete cagionato loro.

22. Nel Vangelo Io dissi: «Chi non è con Me, è contro di Me; chi non raccoglie con Me, costui disperde!». Ricordatevi questo; si dice: “Ci sono solo due vie: verso di Me e via da Me!”. Perciò beati coloro tra voi che ascoltano le Mie parole e le mettono anche in pratica! Nell’aldilà essi si risparmieranno molte cose che altrimenti sarebbero state una conseguenza inevitabile dell’operato terreno.

23. Potrei dirvi ancora molto su quel mondo. Un piccolo sguardo in esso lo avete già dato nella descrizione del Sole Spirituale[1]. Certo, è solo un tracciato della grande Verità, ma se ben ponderato, vi basti da monito, per non accusarMi un giorno di non avervi permesso di dare uno sguardo in quel mondo che sarà un giorno la vostra residenza, e precisamente per un periodo ben più lungo.

24. I casi estremi, in cui uno o perfino parecchi spiriti malvagi abbiano preso possesso di un uomo a tal punto da impossessarsi anche del suo organismo fisico, sono rari, e spesso vengono permessi per delle buone ragioni. Per guarire tali uomini malati e posseduti dagli spiriti maligni, ci vuole una persona religiosa dotata di forte volontà, che conosce Me e la Mia Potenza, e ha anche fiducia che Io lo aiuterò, se prega per questo. Poiché con la preghiera e l’imposizione delle mani in Nome Mio si potrà portare aiuto, così come Io feci durante il Mio cammino terreno; solo, si deve sempre tener presente: se è la Mia santa Volontà che questo accada!

25. Qui avete una piccola immagine della grande vita degli spiriti, immagine che Io ho voluto darvi in quest’occasione della lettura del Vangelo. È troppo importante che voi conosciate questo, e non soltanto ciò che vedete; dovete anche imparare a comprendere un po’ alla volta cosa esiste fuori del mondo visibile, cosa ha dato a quest’ultimo l’impronta e costituisce la parte più grande e importante del Regno Mio.

26. Io sono Spirito, voi siete spirito, e perfino la materia diventerà spirituale. Quindi riconoscere, abbracciando con lo sguardo, questo grande circuito con tutti i suoi gradi, e guadagnarsi in esso la propria posizione, questo è il compito che vi è stato dato. Per la sua più facile soluzione Io non vi evito nessun mezzo per agevolarvi né accorciarvi la via inevitabile, affinché voi portiate a compimento, già qui, la parte maggiore e più difficile, e là, solo poco e più facile vi resti da superare. –Amen!

而且主打出一個魔鬼，他是啞吧的。他來傳遞，當魔鬼走了出去，啞巴說話; 人們想知道。但有些人說，他通過魔王首領不掉趕鬼的。又有人試探他，向他求從天上來的神蹟。

但他曉得他們的意念，就對他們說，凡一國自相分爭，就成為荒場;以及對房子分裂的家庭必凋謝。若撒但自相分爭，他的國怎能站得住呢？因為人說我是通過魔王趕鬼。如果我通過魔王趕鬼，你的兒子們趕出來是什麼？所以你們判辨他們。

但是，如果我有上帝的能力趕鬼，這就是神的國臨到你們了。當手持一個堅強的人謹守他的宮殿，他的貨物都平安無事，但是，當一個比他更壯臨到他，並克服他，從他那奪了他所有的裝甲，其中，他相信，又分了他的贓。他不是跟我的是反對我，他不是收聚的，就是分散的。

污鬼離了一個人，他走來經過乾燥的地方，尋求休息; 尋不著，便說，我要歸到我的房子我從那裡出來的。當他來的時候，就看見裡面打掃乾淨，修飾。便進去，帶來他的其他七個比自己更惡的;都進去，住在那裡。那人最後的狀態是比前更糟糕。

主…因此說

1。，為了了解和欣賞這事，你必須先知道魔鬼是怎麼進入一個人，實際上他們是什麼，使你可以理解趕出。

2.為了更清楚你的，我必須去遠和引領你進入早期億萬當時沒有迄今的物質世界，但只有精神的境界。

3.出於推定和反抗，第一個天使，做為光的傳遞者進入精神的天堂最遠的空間，濫用其威力和-與他的追隨者一起-悖逆我。而且，由於他和他的同夥並沒有有史以來回國意向，他們被禁止進入此事，並被迫著手漸進淨化的漫漫長路，從而返回他自己的曾經有更好的狀態。淨化的過程仍然是今天，直到所有將再次成為他們曾經是，也就是識別我的力量和愛，我的創作的偉大計劃的積極推動者。

5.本極其多樣，存在的精神狀態之中善良的，邪惡的-願意把撒旦作為自己的神，同樣的方式為善把我作為自己的神-這種多樣性的精神生命和活動是基礎精神的偉大境界的延續的必要。

6.雖然墮落靈魂的大軍在他們的主要的領導下往其他不同方向，不是都往一個方向，他們的行動，這是反對我和我的好原則，仍然必須為我的目的服務。在結果中，這不是根據他們自己的意願，他們必須承認我的無所不能，他們不能迴避無論他們做什麼。
