Die Endzeit… Halte dich an das unverwesliche Geistige!

Matthäus 24, 15-28 – Die Endzeit
Wenn ihr nun sehen werdet den Greuel der Verwüstung, davon gesagt ist durch den Propheten Daniel, dass er steht an der heiligen Stätte, alsdann fliehe auf die Berge, wer im jüdischen Lande ist; wer auf dem Dach ist, der steige nicht hernieder, etwas aus seinem Hause zu holen; wer auf dem Felde ist, der kehre nicht um, seine Kleider zu holen.

Wehe aber den Schwangeren und Säugerinnen zu der Zeit! Bittet aber, dass eure Flucht nicht geschehe im Winter oder am Sabbat! Denn es wird alsdann eine grosse Trübsal sein, wie sie nicht gewesen ist von Anfang der Welt bis her und auch nicht mehr werden wird. Und wo diese Tage nicht würden verkürzt, so würde kein Mensch selig: aber um der Auserwählten willen werden die Tage verkürzt.

So alsdann jemand zu euch wird sagen: “Siehe, hier ist Christus!”, oder: “da!”, so sollt ihr’s nicht glauben. Denn es werden falsche Christi und falsche Propheten aufstehen und grosse Zeichen und Wunder tun, dass verführt werden in den Irrtum, wo es möglich wäre, auch die Auserwählten. Siehe, ich habe es euch zuvor gesagt!

Darum, wenn sie zu euch sagen werden: “Siehe, er ist in der Wüste!”, so gehet nicht hinaus, – “Siehe, er ist in der Kammer!”, so glaubet nicht! Denn gleich wie der Blitz ausgeht vom Aufgang und scheint bis zum Niedergang, also wird auch sein die Zukunft des Menschensohns. Wo aber ein Aas ist, da sammeln sich die Adler.

So spricht der Herr:

1. Dieses Wort ist das letzte Evangelium, welches Ich euch erklären will. Es behandelt die letzte Zeit des Judentums, sowie die letzten Zustände der Menschheit und endlich sogar die letzten Ereignisse am Ende der sichtbaren Welt, welche wieder, in andere Formen und in höhere Stufen übergehend, einen neuen Kreislauf beginnen wird.

2. Einst sagte Ich Meinen Jüngern den Untergang des Tempels in Jerusalem voraus, den ersten Akt des Endes der Juden als Volk. Sie hatten damals als solches ihre Rolle ausgespielt und waren nicht weiter wert, im Verbande miteinander auf diesem Erdboden ein Reich zu bilden, nachdem sie das grösste Reich, welches es je gegeben, Mein ewiges, geistiges Reich zerstören wollten. So wie sie vom Anfang an auserkoren waren, durch ihre Religion und ihre Propheten dasjenige Volk zu sein, in dessen Mitte Ich Mein Darniederkommen auf diese eure Erde bewirken konnte, so untauglich zeigten sie sich später, diese Meine Lehre anzunehmen und weiterzuverbreiten.

3. Nur Meinen Jüngern und wenigen Auserwählten dieses Volkes ward das Licht der Wahrheit gegeben. Die übrigen verschmähten es und zogen ihm die Finsternis und das Festhalten am toten Buchstaben vor, eine Eigenschaft, die sie, obwohl sie unter allen Völkern zerstreut leben müssen, heutzutage noch nicht abgelegt haben.

4. Die Geschichte erzählt euch deutlich, dass alles, was Ich voraussagte, wirklich eingetroffen ist, und zwar kurze Zeit nach Meinem Hingange in Mein Reich. So endete mit dem Tempel, der geistig zwar schon längst zerstört war, auch die Geschichte eines Volkes, welches Ich aus vielen auserwählt hatte, Träger und Förderer Meiner ewigen Wahrheit zu werden.

5. Ich sagte Meinen Jüngern auch voraus, wie in der Folge Meine Religion, Meine Lehre, im Kampf mit dem Judentume sich nach und nach stets kräftigen und stets vorwärtsschreitend auch ihre Verehrer stets mehr fördern werde, während das Judentum mit seinem Kultus bis auf eure Zeiten, statt vorwärtszugehen, stehengeblieben ist und die an ihm Hängenden noch heute ihren Messias mit denselben weltlichen Ideen wie vor mehr als tausend Jahren erwarten. Über die Unrichtigkeit ihrer Vorstellungen suchte Ich sie schon damals aufzuklären; aber an der Halsstarrigkeit der Juden hatte Ich den grössten Gegner.

6. Alles in Meiner Schöpfung schreitet vorwärts. Alles verändert sich und vervollkommnet sich in der Veränderung. Nur die Juden wollten keine Neuerung, keine Veränderung, und so müssen sie ihr jetziges Los sich selbst zuschreiben, indem sie, nur dem Niedrigsten auf Erden, dem Mammon allein huldigend, von allen andern Völkern verachtet sind. So straft sich, wer nach dem Materiellen und nicht nach dem Geistigen strebt; denn Mein Reich, obgleich es sichtbar Materie zu sein scheint, ist doch nur Geist und nicht Materie.

7. Was den Juden zur Zeit der Zerstörung Jerusalems begegnete, das wird sich auch als Ende der jetzt lebenden Menschheit wiederholen; denn die Greuel des Krieges und der Zerstörung werden wieder auftreten, nur in anderen Formen. Und wie in jenen Zeiten nur die wenigen, die an Mich glaubten, entweder ein besseres Los hatten, oder wenn es schon hart war, es leichter zu ertragen vermochten, weil sie im Glauben und im Vertrauen auf Mich nicht wankten, so wird es auch in der Zeit sein, die Meiner Wiederkunft vorausgeht. Auch dann werden Treue und Glauben auf Erden verschwunden sein, da die Menschheit oder wenigstens der grösste Teil der Menschen; der Materie, der Welt und ihren Genüssen huldigt, wie ihr es jetzt schon überall bemerken könnt.

8. So muss die Reinigung und Läuterung des geistigen Seelenreichs vorgenommen werden, wie Ich es im Evangelium vom Feigenbaume sagte. Wenn er anfängt, seine Blätter zu treiben und saftig zu werden, so ist das die Vorzeit des Sommers, die Vorzeit der Entwicklungs und Fruchtbildungsperiode, welche uns geistig an die Scheidungs und Prüfungszeit erinnert, in der Rechenschaft über das den Menschen anvertraute geistige Gut gefordert werden wird.

9. Die Elementarereignisse, die Unglücksfälle und Krankheiten, welche dieser Zeit vorangehen, sind die letzten Versuche, noch zu retten, was zu retten möglich ist, damit nicht alle im Schlamm des Egoismus ersticken. Nur durch Unglück und herbe Schicksalsschläge wird das stolze Menschenherz mürbe.

10. Die Wahrheit muss sich wie die Wirklichkeit nackt zeigen, damit keine Illussion sie verschönt. Nur so wirkt sie heilend. Und wenn die materielle Welt sich in ihrem eigentlichen Gewand der Vergänglichkeit und des Truges zeigt, wenn sie den Menschen mit Hohn zurückstösst und ihm, der sie liebkosen wollte, mit Verachtung den Rücken wendet, dann erst – meist leider nur zu spät – beginnt das Geistige seinen Einfluss auszuüben, dann erst erwachen bessere Gedanken und reinere Gefühle. So muss Ich als liebender Vater den Menschen führen, damit er den wahren Wert der Dinge erkennt und Den findet, der die stete Ruhe ist.

11. Dass gegen diese sich steigernden Versuche, den Menschen in die Enge zu treiben, mit allen möglichen Mitteln gearbeitet wird, dass Spott, Rache und Verfolgung die Gläubigen treffen, dass falsche, aber auch wahre Propheten das Volk zu belehren suchen werden, dass am Ende bei den meisten eine gänzliche Verwirrung der Begriffe eintreten wird – das versteht sich von selbst. Alle Meine Mahnungen werden, wie vor der Sündflut, bei vielen fruchtlos bleiben, und nur wenige werden sich bekehren. Wenn die Ereignisse sich aber überstürzen, so wird doch die Mehrzahl geistig gerettet werden, und sie werden Mir danken, dass Ich sie durch solche strengen Mittel der allgemeinen Verderbnis entrissen habe.

12. Wenn all diese unglücklichen Ereignisse über die Menschheit hereinbrechen werden, wie einst bei den Juden die Zerstörung des Tempels und Jerusalems – wer ist dann schuld daran? Bin Ich ein Rachegott, der das Blut und das Elend von so vielen Tausenden will? Oder sind sie es nicht vielmehr selbst, die alles unter ihren Sinn beugen und selbst die grossen Gesetze der materiellen und geistigen Welt – wenn es nur möglich wäre! – umstossen möchten?

13. Seht, Ich lasse es hier niederschreiben, damit alle Welt es weiss! Wie Ich einst den Verfall des Judenvolkes voraussagte und derselbe auch wirklich eintraf, so habt ihr hier in 53 Predigten der Mahnungen und Voraussagungen genug, in denen Ich euch deutlich gesagt habe, was kommen wird, wie und wann es eintreffen muss, um Meine verirrten Kinder auf den rechten Weg zu bringen. Schon in jener Zeit sagte Ich zu Meinen Jüngern: “Es wird gepredigt werden das Evangelium vom Reiche Gottes in der ganzen Welt!”, und dieses Evangelium ist dieses Werk, das Ich euch hier als Zeichen Meiner Liebe und Gnade überlasse.

14. Die Zeit der Greuel und der Verwüstung ist mehr geistig als materiell zu verstehen; denn was im Evangelium steht, wie z.B.: “Wer auf dem Dache ist, der steige nicht hernieder!” usw., dies alles besagt: Lasst das Weltliche fahren und haltet euch an das Unverwesliche, Geistige! Dort ist der Anker, der euer Lebensschiff in den Stürmen des materiellen Unglücks und der geistigen Not festhalten kann! Ohne diesen Anker findet ihr keine Ruhe, keinen Frieden!

15. Deswegen sammelt euch um Mich und haltet fest an Mir und Meiner Lehre! Denn – wie geschrieben steht -: “Himmel und Erde werden vergehen!” Ja, Himmel und Erde werden vergehen; sie werden sich in andere Elemente auflösen, und aus ihnen werden andere Formen und andere Welten hervorgehen. Die ganze Schöpfung wird den gleichen Prozess durchmachen, den auch das Judenvolk, welches mit seinen Traditionen und mit seiner Religion die Grundlage Meiner Lehre war, durchzumachen hatte.

16. Ich habe bei der Schöpfung in alles, auch in das geringste Atom, Meinen Geist hineingelegt, um die Materie fähig zu machen, sich zu etwas Grösserem und Höherem zu entwickeln. Ebenso war das Judenvolk das geeignete Element, in welchem Ich Meine Darniederkunft bewerkstelligen und – ähnlich wie in der ganzen sichtbaren Schöpfung – Mein grosses Geisteswerk vollenden konnte. Jedoch wie das Judenvolk nach seier Mission aufhörte ein Volk zu sein, und wie die Menschheit nach ihrer Läuterung aufhören wird, Träger aller egoistischen Leidenschaften zu sein, weil Besserem Platz gemacht werden muss, ebenso wird die ganze Schöpfung, die bis jetzt noch die Grundlage Meiner Liebe zu allen geschaffenen Wesen ist, einst auch aufhören müssen, der Ausdruck Meiner göttlichen Gedanken zu sein.

17. Wenn die Wesen der Schöpfung, der Vergeistigung reif, an dem Punkt angekommen sein werden, wo auch die feinste Materie noch als grob erscheinen muss, dann ist diese, mit so vielen Wundern und Schönheiten ausgestattete Welt ein zu grober Träger für das Rein-Geistige, und es muss dann die ganze Schöpfung als Wohnort den Wohnenden gemäss eingerichtet werden, was die Auflösung bedingt. Zu dieser Zeit wird der Menschensohn in aller Herrlichkeit erscheinen – wie Ich einst sagte -, weil auch die geschaffenen Wesen in einem geistigen Verfassungszustand sein werden, diesen Glanz und diese Herrlichkeit ertragen zu können. Dann werden die höchsten Geister und Engel die Auserwählten aus allen vier Winden und von einem Ende des Himmels zum andern sammeln.

18. Ja, so wird es noch oft geschehen, stets auf höheren Stufen und verbunden mit grösseren Seligkeiten. Ich kann Mich Meinen Geistern immer nur so zeigen, wie sie Mich fassen können. Da Ich aber unendlich bin, so sind auch die Auffassungen von Mir unendlich, und Mein Reich wäre kein unendliches, wenn nicht eine stete Steigerung der geistigen Potenzen möglich wäre.

19. Dies alles sagte Ich in jener Zeit Meinen Jüngern in Bildern voraus, nicht nur damit sie es wissen, sondern damit bewiesen werde, dass Meine Worte nie vergänglich sind und stets wahr bleiben werden! Glaubt ja nicht, dass Ich für euch allein auf die Welt kam, dass Ich alles der kleinen Erde und ihrer Bewohner wegen erduldete, nein, Meine Taten sind Taten der Unendlichkeit! Auch die Bibel, worin zum Teil Meine Worte, die Ich während Meiner Erdenjahre sprach, geschrieben stehen, ist nicht für euch allein – sie gehört der ganzen Schöpfung.

20. Und wenn Millionen von Welten von Meiner Existenz bis jetzt noch nichts wissen, so wird doch die Zeit kommen, wo auch diese Worte Gottes zu ihnen dringen und von ihnen, entsprechend ihrer geistigen Bildung, verstanden werden. Dann wird bei den geistig vollkommen Wiedergeborenen die harte Rinde des Buchstabens und die wörtliche Auffassung verschwinden, und es wird der reine und tiefe Sinn der Worte Gottes, der Worte eines liebenden Vaters, klar und helleuchtend, der ganzen Schöpfung verständlich, allen zurufen: “Liebet, o liebet nur alle einander!” Denn aus Liebe habe Ich die Welt erschaffen, aus Liebe den grössten Akt der Demut auf eurer Erde vollführt, aus Liebe die Menschheit geläutert durch Drangsale und Leiden, damit Meine Worte, die Ich einst sprach und in diesem Evangelium erklärte, stets wahr bleiben! Sie haben keinen anderen Zweck, als Meine Kinder wirklich zu dem zu machen, was viele nur dem Namen nach waren.

21. So soll nach dem Greuel der Verwüstung, wie nach Gewitter, Regen und Sturm, allen wieder die Gnadensonne in ihrem ganzen Glanze leuchten! Wenn die geistige Luft von allen schlechten Giften gereinigt sein wird, dann bereitet sich, wie die erfrischte Erde nach einem Gewitter, alles zu einem neuen, tätigen Leben vor. Amen.

Matthew 24:15-28 – The Latter Days
When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains: Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house: Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.

And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: But for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.

Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. Behold, I have told you before.

Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not. For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.

Thus says the Lord:

1. This is the last Gospel I shall explain to you. It deals with the latter days of Judaism, also the final conditions among mankind and even the last events at the end of the visible world which, transformed and rising to higher levels, will commence a new cycle.

2. I once predicted to My disciples the destruction of the temple in Jerusalem, the first act of the end of the Jews as a people. They had then lost their importance as a people and were no longer worthy of living together in a country of their own on this earth, after having endeavoured to destroy the greatest kingdom that has ever existed, My everlasting Spiritual Kingdom. They had been chosen from the very beginning through their religion and their prophets to become that nation into the midst of which I could descend to the earth, but afterwards they proved themselves quite unsuited to embrace and spread My teaching.

3. The light of truth was conveyed only to My disciples and a few elect of that nation. The others rejected it and preferred the darkness and sticking to the dead letter, a trait they have not got rid of to this day, altough they are compelled to live dispersed among all the other nations.

4. History tells you clearly how everything I predicted really came true soon after My ascension to My Kingdom. Thus ended with the temple, which spiritually had already been destroyed long ago, the history of a people I had chosen from among many to be the carrier and promoter of My eternal truth.

5. I had also predicted to My disciples how, in the course of time, My religion, My teaching, would keep growing stronger in its fight with Judaism, in its progress benefitting its followers more and more, whilst Judaism with its cult, instead of progressing, has remained stagnant and its followers are still today waiting for the Messiah with the same worldly ideas as they did almost two thousand years ago. Already then I had endeavoured to englighten them with regard to their wrong concepts, but their obstinacy was My greatest opposition.

6. Everything in My creation keeps progressing. Everything changes and in this change perfects itself. Only the Jews did not want any innovation or change, and so they can blame only themselves for their lot – being despised by all nations -since they serve only that which is the most inferior thing on earth, mammon. Thus he who strives after material instead of spiritual values punishes himself, for My Kingdom, even though it appears to be material in its visible form, is only spirit and not matter.

7. What happened to the Jews at the time Jerusalem was destroyed will happen again at the end of today’s mankind. There will again be the horrors of war and destruction, only in a different form. And just as in those times the few that believed in Me had a better lot or, if it was hard, were better able to bear it thanks to their firm faith in Me, thus it will be in the time preceding My Second Coming. Then, too, faith and trust will have disappeared on earth because mankind, or at least the majority of men, will be favouring the world and its pleasures, as can already be noticed everywhere.

8. Therefore, the purification of the spiritual sphere of the soul must be undertaken in accordance with what I said of the figtree in the Gospel. When it starts to come into leaf and develop sap, it is the time preceding the summer, the time prior to development and fructification, which spiritually compares with the time of testing and separation, when man has to account for the spiritual values entrusted to him.

9. Natural events, accidents and illnesses preceding this time are the last efforts to save whatever can be saved, that not all may suffocate in the mire of selfishness. The arrogant human heart can only be made pliable through misfortune and blows of fate.

10. Like reality, truth must present itself in a naked form, unembelished by illusions. Only thus can it have a healing effect. And when the material world presents itself undisguised in its transient and deceptive nature, when it rejects a man mockingly, scornfully turning its back on him who wanted to caress it, only then – usually too late – can the spiritual begin to effect its influence; only then are better thoughts and purer emotions awakened. Thus I, as a loving Father, have to guide man towards recognition of the true value of things so that he may find Him Who is permanent peace.

11. It is obvious that these ever-increasing efforts are being opposed with all available means, that believers have to put up with ridicule, revenge and persecution, that false as well as true prophets will endeavour to teach the people and that, in the end, most will be totally confused. As it was before the deluge, My admonitions will be futile with many, and only few will mend their ways. However, when events precipitate, most people will be saved spiritually, and then they will thank Me that I have saved them through such severe measures from the general destruction.

12. When all these unfortunate happenings will befall mankind, as once happened to the Jews with the destruction of their temple and Jerusalem, – whose fault will it be? Am I a God of revenge, Who wants the blood and misery of so many thousands? Or are not they responsible who want to bend everything to their own will and would like – if at all possible -to upset even the great laws of the material as well as the spiritual world?

13. I have it written down here for all the world to know! As I once predicted the downfall of the Jewish people, which also came to pass, you have here in 53 sermons plenty of admonitions and predictions wherein I have made it quite clear to you what is going to happen, and how and when it will take place, in order to guide My erring children onto the right path. Already at that time I told My disciples: “The Gospel of the Kingdom of God will be preached in all the world!” – and it is this work which I now give you as a token of My love and grace.

14. The time of abomination and desolation is to be understood in a spiritual rather than a material sense, for what is said in the Gospel as, for instance: “Let him which is on the housetop not come down!” and so on, means: Let go all that is worldly and stick to that which is imperishable, spiritual! There you find the anchor that can securely hold the vessel of your life in the storms of material misfortune and spiritual distress! Without this anchor you will find no rest, no peace!

15. Therefore, gather around Me and hold fast to Me and My teaching! For, as is written: “Heaven and earth shall pass away.” Yes, heaven and earth will pass away; they will dissolve into orther elements from which other forms and other worlds will arise. The whole of creation will go through the same process as the Jewish people, which with its traditions and its religion was the basis for My teaching.

16. I have put My Spirit into everything in creation, even the smallest atom, to enable matter to develop into something greater and higher. Thus the Jewish people was the best suited element within which I could descend to the earth and – as in the entire visible creation – complete My great spiritual task. However, just as the Jewish people, after its mission, ceased to be a nation and as mankind, after its purification, will cease to be a carrier of all the selfish desires, because there has to be made way for something better, the whole of creation, which so far is still the basis of My love for all created beings, also will one day have to cease being the manifestation of My divine thoughts.

17. When the created beings will have matured to a stage of spiritualization where even the finest matter must appear gross, then this world, so rich in wonders and beauty, will be too gross a carrier for the pure spiritual and must be dissolved. The entire creation must be adapted to those dwelling in it. At that time the Son of man will appear in glory – as I once stated – because also the created beings will have attained a spiritual condition that will make it possible for them to bear this brilliance and glory. Then the highest spirits and angels will be gathering the elect from the four winds and from one end of the universe to the other.

18. This will happen repeatedly, each time on a higher level involving greater beatitudes. I can reveal Myself to My spirits only to a point comprehensible to them. However, since I am infinite, conceptions of Me are infinite, too, and My Kingdom would not be infinite if a constant enhancement of the spiritual potencies were not possible.

19. All this I predicted to My disciples using parables, not only that they might know it, but to provide proof that My words are not transient and will remain true forever. Do not think that I came into the world for you alone and suffered only for the sake of the small earth and its inhabitants. My deeds are deeds of infinity! Also the Bible, which partly contains My words spoken during My years on earth, is not just for you, but belongs to all creation.

20. Even if millions of worlds do not yet know of My existence, the time will come when these words of God will reach them and be comprehended according to their spiritual level. Then those who are fully reborn in the spirit will shed the hard shell of the letter and literal interpretation, and the pure and profound meaning of God’s words, the words of a loving Father, will speak to all creation, clearly comprehensible: “All of you love, oh love one another!” For I created the world out of love, and out of love I performed the greatest act of meekness on your earth; out of love I am purifying mankind through distress and suffering, so that My words, which I once spoke and have now explained in this Gospel, shall remain true everlastingly. They have no other purpose than to make My children into that which many have been only in name.

21. As after a thunderstorm, so it will be after the abomination of desolation, and the sun of grace shall shine again for all in its full brilliance. As the spiritual atmosphere will have been cleansed from all the poisons, everything will be ready for a new, active life, just like the refreshed earth after a thunderstorm. Amen.

Matteo 24, 15-28: «“Quando voi vedrete l’abominio della devastazione, di cui è detto attraverso il profeta Daniele, stare nel luogo santo, – chi sta nel territorio della Giudea fugga sui monti, chi si trova sul tetto, costui non scenda a prendere qualcosa dalla sua casa; chi si trova nel campo, costui non torni indietro per prendere la sua veste. Guai però alle donne incinte e a quelle che allatteranno in quel tempo. Pregate che la vostra fuga non accada d’inverno o di Sabato, poiché vi sarà allora una grande tribolazione, come non vi è stata dall’inizio del mondo fino ad ora, ed anche non avverrà più. E se quei giorni non fossero abbreviati, nessun uomo si salverebbe: ma per amor degli eletti, quei giorni saranno abbreviati. Allora se qualcuno vi dirà: ‘Guarda, Cristo è qui’, oppure: ‘È là’, non dovete crederci. Sorgeranno, infatti, falsi cristi e falsi profeti e faranno grandi segni e miracoli, cosa che indurrà nell’errore, dove sarà possibile, anche gli eletti. Vedete, io ve l’ho detto in anticipo. Perciò se vi diranno: ‘Guardate, egli è nel deserto’, allora non ci andate, – ‘Guardate, egli è nella stanza!’, non ci credete. Poiché come il lampo proviene da oriente e splende fino ad occidente, così sarà anche la venuta del Figlio dell’uomo. Dovunque c’è una carogna, là si radunano le aquile”.»

1. Questa parola è l’ultima del Vangelo che Io vi voglio spiegare. Essa tratta degli ultimi tempi del giudaismo, così come delle ultime condizioni dell’umanità, e infine degli ultimi avvenimenti che sorgeranno al termine del mondo visibile, il quale a sua volta, passando in altre forme e a livelli più elevati, inizierà un nuovo ciclo.

2. Una volta Io predissi ai Miei discepoli la distruzione del tempio di Gerusalemme, il primo atto della fine degli ebrei come popolo. A quel tempo, come tale, esso aveva cessato il suo ruolo, e inoltre gli ebrei non erano degni di formare in associazione l’un con l’altro un regno sul suolo della Terra, dopo aver voluto distruggere il più grande Regno che mai fosse esistito, il Mio eterno, spirituale Regno. Così come da principio, in virtù della loro religione e dei loro profeti, essi furono prescelti a essere quel popolo grazie al quale Io avrei potuto realizzare la Mia discesa su questa vostra Terra, altrettanto inadatti si dimostrarono più tardi ad accogliere questa Mia Dottrina e a diffonderla.

3. Solo ai Miei discepoli e ai pochi prescelti di questo popolo fu concessa la luce della Verità. Gli altri la disprezzarono e preferirono le tenebre e l’osservanza della lettera morta, una caratteristica che, sebbene essi vivano dispersi tra tutti i popoli, oggigiorno non hanno ancora abbandonato.

4. La storia vi riferisce chiaramente che tutto ciò che Io predissi si è effettivamente avverato, e precisamente già poco tempo dopo la Mia dipartita nel Mio Regno. Così, con il tempio, già distrutto spiritualmente da lungo tempo, ebbe termine anche la storia di un popolo che, tra molti, Io avevo scelto per diventar portatore e promotore della Mia eterna Verità.

5. Io predissi ai Miei discepoli, anche, come in seguito la Mia religione, la Mia Dottrina, nella lotta col giudaismo, si sarebbe sempre più rafforzata e, costantemente procedente in avanti, avrebbe sempre più aiutato a progredire anche i suoi adoratori; mentre il giudaismo, con il suo culto religioso, anziché progredire sarebbe rimasto stazionario fino ai vostri tempi, e i suoi aderenti avrebbero ancora oggi atteso il loro Messia con le medesime idee mondane che avevano più di mille anni fa. Sull’inesattezza dei loro concetti, Io tentai di illuminarli già allora; ma nella loro ostinazione, trovai il Mio più grande avversario.

6. Nella Mia Creazione tutto procede in avanti. Tutto si trasforma e, appunto, nella trasformazione si perfeziona. Solo i giudei non vollero nessun’innovazione, nessuna trasformazione, e perciò dovranno attribuire a se stessi la loro attuale sorte, poiché essi, ossequiando esclusivamente l’infimo sulla Terra, ossia mammona, sono disprezzati da tutti gli altri popoli. Così si punisce chi mira alle cose materiali e non a quelle spirituali; poiché il Mio Regno, sebbene appaia visibilmente fatto di materia, è certo solamente spirito, e non materia!

7. Ciò che accadde ai giudei al tempo della distruzione di Gerusalemme, si ripeterà anche come fine dell’umanità attualmente vivente; le atrocità della guerra e della distruzione, infatti, si ripresenteranno di nuovo, solo in altre forme. E come in quel tempo solo i pochi che avevano fede e fiducia in Me ebbero una sorte migliore, oppure, se questa era già gravosa, furono in grado di sopportarla più facilmente perché non vacillarono, così sarà anche nel tempo che precederà il Mio ritorno. Anche allora, fedeltà e fede sulla Terra saranno scomparse, perché l’umanità, o perlomeno la maggior parte degli uomini, preferirà ossequiare la materia, il mondo e i suoi piaceri, come già adesso lo potete notare dappertutto.

8. Così dovrà iniziarsi la purificazione e il raffinamento delle anime del Regno spirituale, come Io espressi nel Vangelo con l’esempio del fico. Quando questo comincia a mettere le sue foglie e a diventar succoso, allora è giunto il tempo che precede l’estate, il tempo dello sviluppo e della formazione dei frutti, che spiritualmente ci richiama alla memoria il periodo della separazione e della prova, in cui sarà richiesto il conto del bene spirituale affidato agli uomini.

9. I fenomeni degli elementi, le sciagure e le malattie che precederanno questo tempo, saranno gli ultimi tentativi per salvare ciò che è ancora possibile salvare, affinché non tutti affoghino nel fango dell’egoismo. Solo così, attraverso disgrazie e amari colpi di sfortuna, si piegherà l’orgoglioso cuore.

10. La Verità, come la realtà, si deve mostrare nuda, affinché nessuna illusione la abbellisca. Solo così, essa può operare guarigioni. E quando il mondo materiale si mostra nella sua reale veste della fugacità e dell’inganno, quando esso ricaccia l’uomo con scherno e a colui che lo voleva accarezzare volta le spalle con disprezzo, solo allora – in genere, purtroppo, solo troppo tardi – lo spirituale comincia ad esercitare il suo influsso, e solo allora si destano pensieri migliori e sentimenti più puri. Così, quale Padre amorevole, Io devo guidare gli uomini, affinché riconoscano il vero valore delle cose, e trovino Colui che è la Pace perenne.

11. Che contro questi tentativi sempre crescenti si lavorerà per mettere gli uomini alle strette con tutti i mezzi possibili; che scherno, vendetta e persecuzione colpiranno i credenti; che falsi, ma anche veri profeti cercheranno di istruire il popolo; e che alla fine nella maggioranza degli uomini subentrerà un totale scompiglio di idee, questo si comprende da sé! Tutti i Miei ammonimenti, come accadde prima del diluvio, resteranno infruttuosi per molti, e solo pochi si convertiranno. Quando però gli eventi si succederanno, allora ‘spiritualmente’ se ne salverà comunque la maggior parte, ed essi Mi ringrazieranno, per averli sottratti, attraverso tali severi mezzi, alla rovina generale.

12. Quando tutti questi infelici avvenimenti irromperanno sull’umanità, come un giorno presso i giudei la distruzione del tempio e di Gerusalemme, chi sarà allora colpevole di questo? Forse sono Io un Dio della vendetta, un Dio che vuole il sangue e la miseria di tante migliaia di uomini? Oppure non sono piuttosto essi stessi a voler piegare tutto sotto il loro intendimento e – se solo fosse possibile – perfino rovesciare le grandi leggi del mondo materiale e spirituale?

13. Vedete, ora Io faccio mettere giù per iscritto questo, affinché tutto il mondo lo sappia! Come un giorno predissi la rovina del popolo giudeo – e si verificò anche veramente – così voi avete ammonizioni e profezie a sufficienza in queste cinquantatre Prediche, nelle quali Io vi ho detto chiaramente ciò che avverrà, e come e quando dovrà accadere, affinché i Miei figli smarriti siano ricondotti sulla giusta via. Già a quel tempo dissi ai Miei discepoli: «Sarà predicato il Vangelo del Regno di Dio nel mondo intero!», e questo Vangelo è la presente opera che Io vi lascio qui, come segno del Mio Amore e della Mia Grazia.

14. Il tempo dell’abominio e delle devastazioni è da intendersi più spiritualmente che materialmente; ciò che sta scritto nel Vangelo, come per esempio: «Chi è sul tetto, costui non scenda giù!» ecc., tutto questo vuol dire: lasciate andare il mondano e attenetevi allo spirituale, all’imperituro! Là si trova l’ancora che può tenere ferma la nave della vostra vita nelle tempeste delle disgrazie materiali e della miseria spirituale! Senza quest’ancora non troverete nessuna quiete, nessuna pace!

15. Perciò raccoglietevi attorno a Me, e tenetevi saldi a Me e alla Mia Dottrina, poiché, come sta scritto: «Cielo e Terra passeranno!». Sì, Cielo e Terra passeranno; essi si dissolveranno in altri elementi, e da loro usciranno altre forme e altri mondi. L’intera Creazione passerà attraverso il medesimo processo che ha dovuto attraversare anche il popolo giudeo, il quale, con le sue tradizioni e la sua religione, fu il fondamento della Mia Dottrina.

16. Nella Creazione Io ho riposto il Mio Spirito ovunque, anche nel più piccolo atomo, e ciò, per rendere la materia idonea a svilupparsi in qualcosa di più grande e di più elevato. Altrettanto, il popolo Giudeo fu l’elemento adatto nel quale poter compiere la Mia discesa e – come nell’intera Creazione visibile – portare a termine la Mia grande Opera spirituale. Tuttavia, così come il popolo giudeo, dopo la sua missione cessò di essere un popolo, e come l’umanità, dopo la sua purificazione cesserà di essere portatrice di tutte le passioni egoistiche, per cedere il posto a qualcosa di meglio, – altrettanto l’intera Creazione, che è ancora il fondamento del Mio Amore per tutti gli esseri creati, dovrà un giorno pur cessare di essere l’espressione dei Miei Pensieri divini.

17. Quando gli esseri della Creazione, maturi per la spiritualizzazione, saranno giunti al punto in cui anche la più fine materia dovrà apparire ancora come grossolana, allora questo mondo, pur dotato di tante meraviglie e bellezze, sarà un involucro troppo grezzo, per accogliere il puro spirituale, sicché l’intera Creazione dovrà essere adattata a divenire luogo di dimora per questi nuovi esseri, cosa che presuppone la dissoluzione. In quel tempo apparirà il Figlio dell’Uomo in tutta la Sua magnificenza – come Io dissi un giorno – poiché anche gli esseri creati saranno in una condizione spirituale tale, da poter sopportare questo splendore e questa magnificenza. Allora i supremi spiriti e gli angeli raduneranno gli eletti da tutti i quattro venti, e da un estremo del Cielo all’altro.

18. Sì, così accadrà ancora, sempre passando su gradini più elevati e collegati con le più grandi beatitudini. Io posso mostrarMi ai Miei spiriti solo così come loro Mi possono afferrare. E poiché Io sono infinito, allora infinite sono anche le opinioni di Me, e il Mio Regno non sarebbe infinito se non fosse possibile un costante accrescimento delle potenze spirituali.

19. Io predissi in quel tempo ai Miei discepoli tutto questo in immagini, non solo perché essi ne venissero a conoscenza, ma affinché fosse dimostrato che le Mie parole non erano transitorie, e sarebbero, invece, rimaste per sempre vere! Non crediate che Io sia venuto nel mondo per voi soltanto, e che abbia sopportato tutto a causa della piccola Terra e dei suoi abitanti, no! Le Mie azioni sono azioni dell’infinità! Anche la Bibbia – nella quale stanno scritte in parte le parole che Io espressi durante i Miei anni terreni – non è solo per voi, essa appartiene all’intera Creazione!

20. E se milioni di mondi non sanno ancora nulla della Mia esistenza, verrà tuttavia il tempo in cui queste parole di Dio irromperanno anche su di loro, e saranno comprese in base alla formazione spirituale che essi possiederanno. Poi, per quelli perfettamente rinati nello spirito, la dura corteccia della lettera e l’interpretazione letterale svaniranno, e il puro e profondo senso delle parole di Dio, le parole di un Padre amorevole, saranno chiare e luminose, comprensibili all’intera Creazione, ed Egli a tutti esclamerà: “Amatevi! Oh, amatevi l’un l’altro! Poiché per Amore Io ho creato il mondo, per Amore ho compiuto il più grande atto d’Umiltà sulla vostra Terra, e per Amore ho purificato l’umanità con afflizioni e sofferenze, affinché le Mie parole, espresse un giorno, e spiegate in questo Vangelo, rimangano eternamente vere! Esse non hanno nessun altro scopo che rendere effettivamente figli Miei, molti di quelli che lo erano solo secondo il nome!”.

21. Così dopo l’abominio della devastazione, come dopo la tempesta, la pioggia e l’uragano, il Sole di Grazia dovrà risplendere di nuovo per tutti nel suo pieno splendore! Quando l’aria spirituale sarà purificata da tutti i cattivi veleni, tutto si preparerà, come la Terra rinfrescata dopo un temporale, a una nuova, operosa vita. – Amen!

當你們看到先知但以理所說的荒涼的可憎之物，站在聖所，（他們說：讓他明白:)然後讓那些在猶太的人逃到山上：讓屋頂上的人不下來從他家裡拿出任何東西：也不要讓在場的人回來拿他的衣服。

對於那些有小孩的人，以及那些吸食在那些日子的人來說，有禍了！但求你保證你的奔跑不是在冬天，也不是在安息日，因為那時將是更大的苦難，如此是世界開始到現在都没有的，不，將来也不會有。除了那些日子應該縮短之外，不應該有肉體得救。但是為了選民的緣故，那些日子將會縮短。

那麼，如果有人告訴你，看，這裡是基督，或者在那裡;不要相信。因為那裡必生出假基督和假先知，並要顯明大信号和奇事。等等，如果可能的話，他們會欺騙當選者。看哪，我以前告訴過你。

所以他們若對你們說，他在曠野。不要出去，看哪，他在暗室裡。不要相信。因為閃電從東方出現，直到西方都閃耀。人子的降臨也必如此。對於任何地方有屍體，老鹰都會在那里聚集一起。

主如此說：
